Seedling transplantation,prolonging the growth period and increasing the yield of the crop,plays a key role in the crop production[1].However,semi-automatic machine characterized by artificial seedling-dropping occupied most proportion of modern seedling transplantation machine,and this technique limits the extension and application of transplantation cultivation on field crop for its high labor strength and cost.The inward physical characteristics,damage rate,plugging rate and seedling-standing ratio of seedling are all important impact factors of the performance transplantation machine.And among modern mechanized transplantation technique,the increased rate of seedling's damage and plugging,accompanied the decreased ratio of seedling-standing has limited the development of mechanized transplantation.This paper based on the operating principle and characteristics of semi-automatic seedling transplantation machine,combined the physical characteristics of seedling,prominently analyse the transportation and seedling separation device.To increase the degree of seedling-standing,and reduce the rate of seedling's damage and plugging,this essay utilize Pro/e ? ADAMS and Spss to implement structural design and simulated analysis,and combined Field Testing,we conclude a remarkable order of various impact factor and obtain an optimum parameter array[2].This design mainly concentrate on analyzing and solving the high damage,plugging rate and low seedling-standing ratio so as to lower labor strength,enhance the seedling-standing ratio,and improve the operation quality of modern seedling transplantation machine,at the same time,supplying new theoretical evidence for optimizing the tansportation-separating seedling device of transplantation machine.Main contents:(1)Seedling study:conduct experimental study of seedling of cotton according to its physical characteristics(size,operate height,friction coefficient,etc.)and agronomic characteristics of cotton planting.Combining the agricultural mechanics and agriculture,this paper raise the design proposal of transportation-separating device.(2)The design of transportation-separating device.content : selection of conveyer belt,design of baffle of conveyer belt and the design of centering guide.To assure accurate separating,avoiding plugging and damage;The design of separating seedling device:sizeof open-composites plate,confirming of swing angle and the design of cam.To assure the seedling can insert into seedling guide tube erectly when separating from conveyer belt.(3)Simulation analysis of key component of transportation-separating device.Main content:simulation analysis of motion curve of seedling and conveyer belt,simulation analysis of eedling and centralizer when centralizing.And the results accordance with the design,meeting the need of working performance,offering design basis for model machine.(4)Experimental study : main content : determining the primary and secondary sequence of various impact factor on The main index,then obtaining optimal parameter array,at last congducting verification test in experimental field.The result of the test indicates that integral system can operate smoothly,decreasing the damage rate,plugging rate and improving the seedling-standing ratio.
