Study On The Grassland Circulation Willingness And Its Influencing Factors

Grassland circulation,a form of rural land circulation different from cultivated land circulation,which is conducted between herdsman for contract management right on the purpose of realizing the scale management of grassland.In recent years,the scale of grassland circulation gradually increased in Inner Mongolia,in 2016,the area of grassland circulation reached 72 million acres.As production goods of the pastoral areas,grassland is the economic basis for the development of pastoral areas,the development of grassland circulation can not be separated from the grassland,in 2015,grassland animal husbandry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reached 115 billion 850 million yuan.However,the unreasonable use of grassland caused grassland degeneration in the pastoral area,which prevented the sustainable development of grassland.The reasonable promotion of grassland circulation can improve the efficiency of grassland utilization,promote the large-scale construction of grassland animal husbandry,and is also an important measure to improve the ecological environment of grassland.The present research is less concerned with the willingness to circulate grassland in the pastoral areas.On this basis,this paper takes the theory of property rights,economies of scale,rent and so on as the research foundation,chooses herdsman in Jarud Banner pastoral area,Tongliao,Inner Mongolia as research object,based on the results of the questionnaire of 148 households,,selects 8 variables and uses dual logistic model to do empirical research on local herdsman circulation willingness from three aspects of herdsman household characteristics,family characteristics and other factors.By consulting the relevant information,analyzed the current status of rural cultivated land circulation and learned from the experience of rural cultivated land circulation.Combined with empirical results,put forward measures and suggestions for grassland circulation from five aspects,perfect grassland right determination,establish circulation intermediary organizations,the development of special industries,the establishment of family ranch,improve the social security system.
