The purpose of this dissertation were study about the effect of plant-polysaccharide and bacillus subtilis on the stress for the weaning pig,and the different effects with antibiotic(enramycin).Then provide some reference for practical.A total of 150 weaning pigs were selected,and whose body is healthy and weight is similar,and all the weaning pigs were divided into five groups,each group of three repeats.The group 1 and group 2 fed basal diet +0.75g/kg APS-Bacillus subtilis and basal diet +1.5g/kg APS-Bacillus subtilis.The group 3 and group 4 fed basal diet +0.9g/kg ASPS-Bacillus subtilis and basal diet +1.8g/kg ASPS-Bacillus subtilis.The control group fed basal diet +20mg/kg Enramycin.Then counting and testing the growth performance,digestion,and the blood biochemical changes.Experiment results:(1)The effect of the plant-polysaccharide and the bacillus subtilis on growth performance and digestion of weaning pigsThe ADG and ADFI of weaning pigs with APS-Bacillus subtilis were better than that weaning pig with antibiotic(enramycin)in stage 1(1d?15d).The F/G and diarrhea-rate of group 1 were significantly lowered than control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibiliy of energy and CP of group 1 and group 2 were significantly increased than control group(P<0.01).The growth performance of weaning pigs with APS-Bacillus subtilis were also better than the weaning pigs with antibiotic(enramycin)in stage total(1d-30d)(P>0.05).And the nutrition apparent digestibility were better too(P>0.05).The growth performance and digestion of weaning pigs with ASPS-Bacillus subtilis were also better than that weaning pigs with antibiotic(enramycin)in stage 1 and stage total(P>0.05).(2)The effect of the plant-polysaccharide and the bacillus subtilis on sero-biochemical parameter and sero-inoxidizable of weaning pigsThe GLU of weaning pigs with APS-Bacillus subtilis were better than that weaning pig with antibiotic(enramycin)in stage 1(1d?15d).And the TCHO were also better in stage total.The other sero-biochemical parameter and sero-inoxidizable of weaning pigs of group 1,group 2 and control group were stable in stage 1 and stage total(P>0.05).The BUN and ALB of weaning pigs with ASPS-Bacillus subtilis were significantly increased than control group in stage 1(P<0.05).The other sero-biochemical parameter and sero-inoxidizable of weaning pigs of group 3,group 4 and control group were stable in stage 1 and stage total(P>0.05).(3)The effect of the plant-polysaccharide and the bacillus subtilis on sero-immunity and sero-activity of weaning pigsThe sero-immunity and sero-activity of group 1,group 2 and control group were stable in stage 1 and stage total(P>0.05).The C3 and C4 of weaning pigs with ASPS-Bacillus subtilis were significantly increased than control group(P<0.05).The other sero-immunity and sero-activity of weaning pigs of group 3,group 4 and control group were stable in stage 1 and stage total(P>0.05).The conclusion of this experiment:The basal diet with 1.5g/kg APS-Bacillus subtilis had better effect especially in stage 1 on the stress for weaning pig.The basal diet with ASPS-Bacillus subtilis had good effect on growth performance and digestion of weaning pigs.The effect of the plant-polysaccharide and the bacillus subtilis on weaning pigs is better than antibiotic(enramycin)(Enramycin),the effect of basal diet +1.5g/kg APS-Bacillus subtilis is best.And the two kinds of plant-polysaccharide with the bacillus subtilis can be used for practice.
