| With the continuous development of urbanization,land resources are becoming more and more tense.How to improve the tank height and the land utilization rate has become a primary problem that composting plant concerned.The compost turner is the key equipment for composting and zymolysis.Its turning performance has a crucial effect on efficiency,quality,tank height and land utilization rate.Based on the development and research status of the domestic and international compost turner,this paper analyzes the existing problems of compost turner.According to the requirements of the composting plant,proposing deep turn hoe-type rake blade and odd four-helix blade roll arrangement.This design has been put into practical applications,and achieved a good turn throwing effect.This research process compares the arrangement of blade and blade by theoretical analysis,motion simulation and experiment.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The shear strength and internal friction angle coefficient increase with the increase of the water content when moisture content of the litter is between 29.22%and 36.13%.The shear strength and internal friction angle coefficient decreases with the increase of water content when moisture content of the litter is between 45.55%and 61.11%.The cohesion has no obvious change with the change of water content.The compressive load of the litter increases with the increase of the water content and the loading time,and the increment increases gradually.(2)In order to improve the turn deep,achieve two-way turn throw,make thing be raised as much as possible and better to complete the requirements of vertical cut into the work,so that put forward a two-way hoe-type rake blade is be design.We find the two-way hoe-type rake penetration resistance is 1.8 times less than the dial-type rake penetration resistance through the analysis of the working resistance of it.We find that the two-way hoe-type rake blade throwing depth is up to 1.6m and tumbling ability is reach to 12.16m3/min through comparison with the rotary cut rake blade.It’s 4 times more than efficiency of Dial-type rake blade compost turner.(3)Proposing odd four-helix arrangement to improve the running smoothly and flip flatness of compost turner.Kinematic simulation analysis the arrangement of odd four-helix harrow by Adams software.We find rake knife without axial force if it is arranged with odd and four-helix harrow,it can avoid equipment vibration lead by unreasonable arrangement.Compare by experiment show that the mat is flattened by the odd four-helix arrangement.and the degree of deviation of the surface concavities and convexities is not more than 10 cm,that is least 30cm lower than the symmetrical double helix arrangement. |
