| The paper serves the rotary blade roller of micro tillage machine as the research object, the theoretical modal analysis and experimental modal analysis of rotary blade roller of the micro tillage machine have been made. Theoretical modal analysis about vibration characteristics is made in the condition of free modal and constraint modal of the blade roller, and the blade roller is also analyzed under the experimental free modal, finally the paper compares the simulation results and experimental results of free modal, and gets some conclusions about the vibration characteristics. In this paper, the three-dimensional model of the blade roller is established firstly by3D modeling software UG, then modal simulation of blade roller based on the ANSYS Workbench had been made, it analyzed the free modal and constraint modal, and then solved the natural frequency values in the first10orders with their corresponding modes of vibration respectively, vibration mode of each order were described and analyzed in detail, which lays the foundation for the further dynamic analysis.in addition, the paper contained the blade roller analysis of experimental free modal by LMS Test_lab, and tested out the natural frequency values in the first15orders. Comparison of theoretical simulation and experiment of the knife roller is list, accuracy of the model was verified.Simulation results of the free modal analysis show that the first order natural frequency values is71.62Hz, vibration mode performances for the bending vibration along the direction of the blade roller and bending vibration of blade, and it is easy to produce resonance, while in the high frequency part mainly for the bending vibration and torsional vibration of the blade. Simulation of constraint modal analysis results show that, the first order natural frequency values is162.14Hz,vibration mode performances for the bending vibration of blade roller shaft and bending vibrations in the middle blade group, in the high frequency part mainly for individual blade bending vibration and torsional vibration, but it is not easy to produce resonance phenomenon. Through the comparison between experiment of simulation free modal analysis and theoretical free modal analysis, it comes out that the error of corresponding frequency value are less than10%in first10orders, it can be verified correctness of the3D model and accuracy of simulation. |
