With the propulsion of staple food strategy of potato,it could create the great development space to the implementation of full mechanized equipment of potato.But the planting adjusting and the resetting and missing control were used by the way of traditional mechanical adjustment,and the soil condition could have great influence on the planting precision,it could increase the labor intensity,reduce planting efficiency and hinder the development of large-scale planting of potato.With the aim to solve the problems,the intelligent control system of potato precision planter was designed,and the test was done and the main work and achievements was:?Based on the comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign potato planter and the intelligent control technology,the problems and development trend were showed and the overall design plan of intelligent control potato precision planter was made;?Basing on the analysis of the working principle,planting agronomic requirements and the existing problems,and combining the structural characteristics of intelligent control potato precision planter,the potato precision planting test stand was designed.The hydraulic motor was used to drive the planting unit and it could achieve the step-less adjustment of the planting spacing;the running speed of seed conveyor belt could be corrected basing on the difference between the actual detection spacing and setting spacing;?The intelligent control system of potato precision planter was consisted of main control module,human-computer interaction module,detection module,control module of planting spacing,control module of resetting and missing,warning module and the power module;?With the aim to discuss the influence of planting speed v_b and speed n_m of hydraulic motor on planting spacing L_z,some test was done.Firstly,the speed test of hydraulic motor was done and some work was done to corrected it;secondly,the influence of the gain of Electro-hydraulic servo amplifier on speed n_m of hydraulic motor;finally,the test was done to discuss the influence of planting speed v_b on the planting spacing L_z and the results showed:the control plan of planting spacing of the system was feasible,and the stability of actual planting spacing was better when the planting speed v_b was selected lower;?The influence of vibration intensity Z_q of seed conveyor belt and planting speed v_b on the resetting and missing rate,the results showed:the planting speed v_b was faster,the resetting rate?_c was lower and the missing rate?_l was higher;the vibration intensity Z_q of seed conveyor belt was stronger,the resetting rate?_c was lower and the missing rate?_l was higher.The orthogonal test was done to discuss the influence of each factors on the resetting and missing rate,and the range analysis and variance analysis was done.The results of two analysis method showed:the primary and secondary order of the influence of each factors on the resetting rate?_c and missing rate?_l was vibration intensity Z_q of seed conveyor belt,planting speed v_b and seed quality m_s.The experimental study of the intelligent control system of potato precision planter could have important significance to speed up the upgrading of potato mechanization equipment,improve the work efficiency of planting,reduce the labor intensity,be suitable for the large-scale planting of potato and promote the staple food strategy of potato.
