| Planting is the most key technique in the process of planting operation, the quality of planting can affect the yield of potato, and it is the precondition of increase and stable output of potato. However, the automatic level of potato production mechanization is lower in many area of China. There were many problems existing in the potato planter, such as Unequal plant spacing, multiple seeding rate higher, miss seeding rate higher, it hampers the development of large-scale production of potato.According to the present situation of the potato planter, the intellectual control system of potato planter based on PLC is made. It is controlled by S7-200 PLC, and the speed of hydraulic motor is controled by electro-hydraulic servovalve, the seed of drive shaft of conveying device is driven by hydraulic motor. The movement model of relationship between the speed of drive shaft of conveying device and the spacing of planting. It controls the speed of drive shaft by controling the flow of motor, and it can achieve the stepless adjustment of planting spacing. The reseeding and miss seeding is tested by optical-electronic sensor and the intelligent control of amplitude is controled by stepper motor. The touch screen is used to display the parameter needed by growers. This paper mainly complets the following work:⑴The intelligent control system of potato planter is designed according to the study of potato planter during operation and agricultural requirements, the sntelligent control unit is researched and calculated, The modeling of potato planter and assembly of the whole machine are finished by using SolidWorks, and the test-bed of control system is finished;⑵The intelligent control system of planting spacing controled by hydraulic motor is designed which is based on the influence factors of sowing spacing and spacing adjustment device, and completed the hardware module and the related circuit design, it can solve the problems of caused by unstable speed of tractor uneven planting;⑶The intelligent control system of the amplitude controled by stepper motor is designed, according to the research of the amplitude adjusting device, and completed the hardware module and the related circuit design, it can solve the error caused by manual control amplitude and improve the seeding efficiency;⑷The software program is designed. The software of syetem includes Spacing control program, amplitude control program and display program.⑸The preliminary test results show that the intelligent control test-bed of potato planter has the advantages of high sensitivity. It can used in simulation experiment of potato planting sowing.The intellectual control system of potato planter is researched with the the character of real time adjustment of spacing, spacing uniformity and low multiple seeding rate and miss seeding rate, it can monitor the condition of the planting and have the failure warning. It has the significant meaning to large-scale potato planting and accelerating potato to be the staple food. |
