Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Pig Cultivation Bolters' Transformation Behavior

Pig breeding industry as an important part of the people's livelihood,playing an important role in absorbing rural surplus labor force,increasing farmers' income and guaranteeing the basic livelihood of rural households.However,in the background that lack of effective control of the pig breeding industry,with the expansion of the scale of farming,more and more aquaculture waste produced,which has brought serious environmental pollution problems to the breeding area.As early as the 1980s,the state began to pay attention to the issue of pig breeding pollution,but the pollution problem has not been effectively resolved.At the end of 2016,in the Ministry of Agriculture central rural work conference,the government has do a lot of specific planning to animal husbandry and pig industry,and clearly pointed out that in 2017 the pig industry will optimize the layout of the pig area.Facing the more and more standardized pig breeding industry,optimized hog area layout and the objective needs of sustainable development,more and more pig breeding farms have to drop out the pig breeding industry,their job transformation is being a social focus.Understanding the livelihood vulnerability of the pig cultivation bolters and their family,the accumulation of the livelihood capital,the livelihood strategies,the changes of the livelihood outcomes and the association with the livelihood capital,and analyzing the transformation behavior,will be useful to help to perfect the policy which is aimed at helping the pig cultivation bolters to transform job well,and can improve the rate of transformation behavior and reduce the vulnerability of livelihoods which is arising from the withdraw breeding policies.On the basis of the sustainable livelihood theory and the theory of farmer's behavior,this paper construct an analysis model to analyze the pig cultivation bolters' transformation behavior.This paper use the data of the Yanping District,Fujian Province,to analyze the the livelihood vulnerability of the pig cultivation bolters and their family,the accumulation of the livelihood capital,the livelihood strategies,the changes of the livelihood outcomes and the association with the livelihood capital,and by the Logit model,this paper selected pig income accounts for the proportion of household income,individual pig farming income accounts for the proportion of individual annual income,gender,age,the level of education,health,skill,the social capital and financial capital as variables to return.The results show that the individual pig farming income accounts for the proportion of individual annual income,gender,age,the level of education and he social capital has positive influence to the active employment behavior.However,the pig income accounts for the proportion of household income has negative influence to the active employment behavior.In addition,health,skills and financial capital do not have an impact on the active employment behavior.Finally,after a brief summary of this article,we find that there are still most of the pig cultivation bolters has difficulty in transform job,their livelihood is relatively unsustainable.So,this paper advice that during the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry breeding,we must take into account the fair of environment and people's livelihood,and carry out the police which is aimed at helping the pig cultivation bolters to transform job well.Then,actively explore the local job market to meet the needs of living in local place of the pig cultivation bolters.Third,focus on these family which livelihoods is unsustainable,especially the elderly elderly and widowers.Finally,the government can guide the the pig cultivation bolters to develop agricultural entrepreneurship by the the idle farmland's consolidation and utilization.
