Application Effect Of Total Mixed Protein Grass Fermented Feed On Finishing Pigs | | Posted on:2024-07-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L L Lei | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2543307145979939 | Subject:Animal husbandry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The purpose of this trial was to screen the optimal combination of fermentation conditions for the total mixed fermented feed prepared with a new feeding protein resource--Protein grass,research the key parameters for the preparation and improvement of the aerobic stability of the total mixed fermented liquid feed of protein grass,and research the application effect of the total mixed protein grass fermented feed with different protein levels on finishing pigs under the fluid feeding mode.This research was principally divided into three parts,and the results were as follows:Experiment 1: Effects of different fermentation treatments on fermented quality of total mixed protein grassIn this experiment,the effects of supplemental amount of starter and soft acid,water and time on microbial community composition and fermentation quality of fermented feed were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal fermentation process of total feed of leaf grass was as follows:0.10% starter amount,3% supplemental amount of soft acid,50% water and 48 h fermentation time.Subsequently,we found that compared with before fermentation,the CP content in the full-price feed of protein grass under the optimal fermentation technology was increased by 5.74% and NDF content was decreased by 6.93%.Experiment 2: Effect of different treatments on p H change and mould quantity of fermented liquid feed of total mixed protein grassOn the basis of experiment 1,the liquid feed was prepared by applying the total mixed protein grass fermented feed.In this experiment,the effects of water type,water to material ratio and the content of soft acid on the aerobic stability of fermented liquid feed of total mixed protein grass were investigated by orthogonal test.The results revealed that when the water type was distilled water,the ratio of water to feed was 3:1,and the content of soft acid was 0.5%,the p H of the fermented liquid feed was the least varied at different time points,and the number of mold also was the smallest.Experiment 3: Study on the application of total mixed protein grass fermented feed to finishing pigsIn order to investigate the specific application effect of the total mixed protein grass fermented feed,this research carried out the feeding trial of finishing pigs.A total of 80 “Duroc × Landrace × large” crossbred finishing pigs with an average body weight of about 90 kg in the late finishing stage were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 5 pigs per replicate.Experimental diets were formulated on the basis of the preceding two experimental studies.The control group was provided with corn-soybean meal type fermented diet with typical protein level,and the three treatment groups were supplied with total mixed protein grass fermented diet with different low protein level.The animals were fed liquid feeding for 42 days.Under the conditions of this research,the results demonstrated that:(1)The growth performance of finishing pigs could be improved by total mixed protein grass fermented diet.The group Ⅲ(10.30% CP)gave the best growth performance.(2)Feeding 10.30%CP total mixed protein grass fermented diet increased lean meat percentage and improved the longest back muscle color of finishing pigs.At the same time,the contents of total amino acids,flavor amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids in longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs were increased.(3)10.30% CP total mixed protein grass fermented diet can increase jejunum haut to crypt ratio,change the structure and composition of colon microflora,and improve the digestibility and utilization of crude protein of finishing pigs.(4)10.30% CP total mixed protein grass fermented feed can improve the production efficiency and meat quality efficiency of finishing pigs.In conclusion,under the conditions of this study,the total mixed fermented diet of protein grass can promote the growth of finishing pigs,and can have a positive influence on the muscle quality and intestinal tract of finishing pigs.The study shows that protein grass has certain application value and economic benefit in finishing pigs.This research not only provides experimental and theoretical basis for the development of new protein resources,but also provides a certain technical reference for the large-scale preparation of fermented feed from protein grass in the future. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Protein Grass, Total Mixed Fermentation, Liquid FeeDing, Finishing Pig, Production Performance, Meat Quality, Intestinal Health | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
