Under the conditions of low temperature in early spring in cold regions,cultivating strong seedlings is conducive to the early green growth of rice.Sowing rate and water management of seedling fields are two important aspects that affect the quality of seedlings.In this paper,in view of the phenomenon of"sparse planting is not sparse"and"dry breeding is not drought",which often occur in the process of dry and sparse planting of rice in Heilongjiang,two factors are set,namely the seeding rate and the water management of the seedling field.The seeding rate is 5 levels:A1(300g/m~2),A2(450g/m~2),A3(600g/m~2control),A4(750g/m~2),A5(900g/m~2);three seedling water management levels were simulated immediately after emergence:namely dry seedling management(dry pipe,H),wet seedling raising management(wet pipe,R)and water seedling raising management(water pipe,S);Longjing 31 was used as the test variety,and a two-factor completely random design was adopted for the seedling stage,focusing on seedling quality,seedling enzyme activity,Honda plant Population dynamics and indicators such as yield and quality were studied.The main results are as follows:1.The plant height and leaf age decrease with the increase of the seeding rate,and the filling degree and seedling strength index increase first and then decrease with the increase of the seeding rate;The filling degree and seedling strength index of R and S treatments were lower than those of drought management(H treatment),and the filling degree of R and S treatments were 7.2%and 32.2%lower than that of H treatment.2.Effective tillering number and tillering panicle rate decreased with the increase of seeding rate.The tillering panicle rate of A2 treatment was 3.7%higher than that of A3;the tillering panicle rate of R and S treatments were significantly lower than that of the control(H).3.The yield of A2 treatment(20.6 g/hole)was higher than that of other treatments.Thousand-grain weight and yield decreased with the increase of soil water;The number of ears in a hole,1000-grain weight and seed setting rate increased;the interaction of the two factors had a very significant impact on the yield,and the yield of HA2 was the highest(23.20g/hole).4.The seedling filling degree and vigorous seedling index have a significant positive correlation with the number of spikes,thousand-grain weight and yield.5.The seeding rate and water treatment in the seedling field have a significant impact on the quality of rice.When the soil moisture in the seedling stage is high or the seeding rate is increased,the processing quality and appearance quality are significantly reduced;when the soil moisture in the seedling field is too much,the taste of rice has a downward trend,and the taste value There was a single peak curve with the seeding amount,and the treatment with A2 was the highest;under the interaction of two factors,the whole milled rice rate(60.4%)and the taste score(79.9)of HA2 were the highest.To sum up,the seeding rate and water management of the seedling field have an important impact on the quality of rice seedlings and the growth of Honda.Under the test conditions,the quality of the seedlings treated with HA2(450g/m2)was better,the yield was the highest,and the processing quality,appearance quality and taste of rice were improved.The quality is higher than other treatments.
