Since the popularization and application of triticale,most of the introduction regions take full advantage of strong resistance,high yield,nutritional quality and other characteristics of triticale,and using strong amylase activity and high protein content of triticale as raw materials for production of beer,but there was no reports about whether the application of exogenous hormones can improve the brewing quality of triticale in order to providing high-quality raw materials.The experiment was done at Xiangfang farm in the Northeast Agricultural University in 2011,selected Dongnong 8809 and Dongnong 95-6654 as materials,spraying gibberellin on the foliar when flowering stage and spraying water as control.set 10mg · L-1(G1),20mg · L-1(G2)and 30mg · L-1(G3)of gibberellin concentration as three levels,sprayer the corresponding concentration of the solution or water according to different treatment on the foliar at no wind sunny evening when flowering stage.treatment with fertilizer as manure in the soil(95 kg/hm2 of urea,150kg/kg/hm2of diammonium phosphate,75kg/hm2 of potassium sulfate).It was treated to explore the regulatory role in photosynthetic characteristics of exogenous hormones on triticale yield formation and brewing quality of regulation,provide a theoretical basis for the high yield and quality cultivation of high-quality beer raw materials of triticale.The results show that:Exogenous GA3 treatment on flowering stage help to increase flag leaf area,photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,and to improve the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in triticale.The promotion of the photosynthetic capacity by Exogenous GA3 has significantly differences between the treatments,the photosynthetic rate of the two varieties was first increased then decreased with gibberellic acid concentration increased,which the highest photosynthetic rate deal with gibberellin concentration of 20mg · L-1 G2.Flag leaf area and chlorophyll content showed the consistent law with a photosynthetic rate.Appropriate handling of gibberellin on one hand improved the photochemical efficiency and the potential activity of PS ?,on the other hand inhibited the light of non-photochemical quenching,Fm value of two varieties downward with the increase of the gibberellin concentration,the Fv/Fm,qP values and Yield values was first increased and then a downward with gibberellin concentration increased,and obtain better Fv/Fm,qP values and Yield value in 20mg · L-1 G2 of gibberellin concentration,and non-photochemical quenching in all treatment are lower than the control.Appropriate exogenous gibberellin treatment at the flowering stage on one hand promoted dry matter diverting from before vegetative organs to Grain in flowering stage,on the other hand promote the accumulation of dry matter after flowering stage.Appropriate exogenous gibberellin treatment help to speed up the grain filling,reduce the time of the maximum grain filling rate and reduce the period of filling,improve the maximum grain filling rate and the average filling rate,two varieties obtain a higher maximum grain filling rate and the average filling rate in the 20 mg · L-1 G2 processing of gibberellin concentration.20mg · L-1 of exogenous gibberellic acid treatment has significantly improved the production of triticale on the effect of Gibberellin,the production of two triticale varieties has improved,and the maximum production.are at 20mg · L-1 G2 processing of gibberellin concentration.4.20mg · L-1 of Exogenous GA3 significantly improved the brewing quality of triticale graingrain protein content and protein fraction changes by the effect of Gibberellin.two varieties all have higher protein content when deal with 10mg · L-1,20mg · L-1 gibberellin treatment,albumin and gluten content tended to increase,but gliadin content showed a downward trend.starch content in each treatment also occurred some changes,the amylose content increased continuously,amylopectin and total starch content first increased and then decreased with the increased of gibberellin concentration,amylopectin and total starch content are higher at 10mg · L-1,20mg · L-1 handle.Diastatic power improved by the effect of gibberellin,Dongnong 8809 has the best performance deal with 20mg · L-1,10 mg · L-1,Dongnong 95-6654 has the best performance deal with 20mg · L-1 of the gibberellin,a-amylase activity of two varieties in response to gibberellic is basically same with diastatic power,and has the best performance deal with 20mg · L-1 of the gibberellin.?-amino nitrogen and Chur Bach values showed an increasing trend when gibberellin concentration increases,the two varieties have the best performance deal with 30mg· L-1 of the gibberellin.
