renewable and high price,limited transportation and other factors unchanged,Force people to develop other matrices instead.According to the actual situation of Fujian Province,this study aimed at the present situation of the waste of mushroom residue,Hypsizygus marmoreus residue is the focus of the research.First of all,the maturity of the harmless Hypsizygus marmoreus residue,screening for Hypsizygus marmoreus residue compost based substrate formula,in eggplant and cucumber factory nursery substrate and no soil cultivation on the application effect.To provide reference for the breeding and cultivation of eggplant and cucumber with Hypsizygus marmoreus residue.Main research results are as follows:1.the research on the pretreatment of Hypsizygus marmoreus residue:Hypsizygus marmoreus residue can not be directly used for crop cultivation,prior to use must be Composting Pretreatment,different composting treatment effect different on composting of substrate physicochemical properties and nutritional’ effects.The results of this experiment show that:Each lm3 Hypsizygus marmoreus residue pile join inoculants 240g and dove dung 10kg,A pile of rotten water content is 55%,In the composting process has the highest temperature,high temperature and time the longest,at 35 days maturity basically completed.After maturity of the Hypsizygus marmoreus residue and the size of the gaps than 1:2.8,high bulk density,good air permeability.Total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium content were increased 42.78%、52.04%、45.74%than before maturity,Nutrient content increased at most.2.Screening of composite substrate formula:Eggplant seedling to Hypsizygus marmoreus residue based add peat and perlite preparation application of composite substrate in eggplant seedling is feasible,the physicochemical properties of 6 kinds of composite substrate matching the experiment meet basic requirements of eggplant seedling substrate.The test results show:The best formula for eggplant seedling Hypsizygus marmoreus residue:Perlite:peat=3:2:1(Hypsizygus marmoreus residue 50%、Perlite 33%、peat 17%).in the formula of germination rate,seedling index,plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,root volume of the best performance,the distribution of deep roots,seedlings grew well.At the same time,seedling quality,seedling leaf photosynthetic pigment is higher,the highest content of soluble sugar,MDA content is low,indicating the formula of seedling leaf photosynthetic product accumulation most,seedling resistance is strong.3.Hypsizygus marmoreus residue compound substrate in eggplant no soil cultivation research.The results show that the Hypsizygus marmoreus residue based add peat and perlite preparation of composite substrate in eggplant no soil cultivation is feasible,best eggplant composite cultivation medium formula for Hypsizygus marmoreus residue:Perlite:peat=2:1:1(Hypsizygus marmoreus residue 50%、Perlite 25%、peat 25%),the formula after planting add peat and perlite preparation compound substrate on cucumber seedling application is feasible.The results show that the formula of Hypsizygus marmoreus residue:Perlite:peat=3:2:1(Hypsizygus marmoreus residue 50%、Perlite 33%、peat 17%),in plant high,stem diameter,seedling index and soluble sugar performance best,cucumber seedlings grew best and seedling roots robust,photosynthetic products were accumulated most,relatively low MDA content of seedlings,plants the resistance is stronger.5.Hypsizygus marmoreus residue compound substrates on cucumber no soil cultivation research:Hypsizygus marmoreus residue based add vermiculite and perlite preparation of composite substrate in cucumber soilless culture is feasible,the results show that to Hypsizygus marmoreus residue:Perlite:vermiculite=1:1:1(Hypsizygus marmoreus residue 33%、Perlite 33%、vermiculite 33%)compound formula cultivation effect best,the formula after planting cucumber showed strong growth vigor that photosynthesis is the most,most promote plant growth;in commodity of fruits and fruit quality(soluble protein and vitamin C)and yield best performance.With increasing the proportion of Hypsizygus marmoreus residue used,Cucumber cultivation effect variation.The best use 33%of the Hypsizygus marmoreus mushroom residue.6.Hypsizygus marmoreus residue material is convenient,cheap,according to the current market price,This study screened eggplant and cucumber seedling composite substrate formula than the control at present commonly used production(peat:Perlite=2:1)formula can reduce the 45%cost of the substrate.Selected eggplant and cucumber cultivation medium formula Peat:Perlite:vermiculite=2:1:1 and Linong company used imported coconut husk per 667m2 cost.In eggplant without soil cultivation,respectively,saving about 42%and 52%,In cucumber cultivation,respectively saving about 32%and 43%.The use of Hypsizygus marmoreus residue can not only save production costs,but also can solve the environmental problems caused by a large number of discarded Hypsizygus marmoreus residue,and realize the substrate localization,convenience,is conducive to the sustainable development of
