Giant JunCao growing is based on the biggest labor intensity and belongs to the most complicated work in the whole mechanized production,the existing planting equipment there are many problems such as was hard feeding-seeding,easy to leaking and repeating,nonuniform planting.Especially it can not adapt to the fujian hilly sloppy lands environment,directly affects and hinders the Giant JunCao planting technology promotion and sustainable development.The the seed metering device for Giant JunCao was designed based on virtual prototype technology,replacing a row of repetitive manufacturing,assembly and test on physical prototype,in favour of obtaining a knowledge expression of reasonable design scheme,accelerating the metering device development cycle.Multi-dimensional indoor and cultivation field experimental research can further verify the virtual prototype simulation results and the correctness of the design scheme.At first,combined with planting agronomic requirements,this paper developed a multi-roller single-input and intermittent-feeding Giant JunCao metering device based on the study of the physical and mechanical characteristics of seeds.the parameter analysis and design research for the intermittent feeding mechanism and xnulti-roller mechanism was conducted.Theoretically infered the interval angle is 69.09°,60°and 50.91?,which can get a better row spacing:0.35?0.4m.Obtained the maximum modulus of filling padding:1.59 Mpa,theory trajectory of the seedling process is determined.Seeondly,flexible body virtual prototype model in seeding and feeding were established based on the ADAMS.By simulating intermittent feeding,single-roller and multi-roll seeding operation process,determine the rubber padding contributes to improving the seeding performancee the influence of between the seeding continuity and "bounce" phenomenon was found.Time interval on theoretical metering interval Angle is:0.19863s,the rationality of the metering device structure design,continuity and stability of the process of seeding and feeding,seedlings trajectory and the correctness of the seed spacing were verified.Finally,through the single factor test and the three factors five levels orthogonal center of rotation combination experimental,ascertained the change rules between experimental evaluation index and the various factors,the mathematical model about the major factors and evaluation indexes was established,and then the interaction of various factors on the evaluation index was determine,the best work parameter combination under theoretical interval Angle was:speed is 1.49m/s and padding thickness is 1.97mm.Has carried out seed metering device field monomer test,seed spacing variation index and the qualified rate of inclination angle:87.62%and 86.6%,leakage and repeating index:2.52%and 3.31%.then,through united planting test,the germination potential and germination potential were obtained:63.4%and 83.51%.The qualified rate for seeding depth is 84.65%.Two types field experiment results showed the correctness of the virtual prototype simulation results and laboratory test of the optimization parameter,illustrated the metering device has good uniformity and continuity,it can meet the agronomic requirements of pre-cut type Giant JunCao buried-soil planting operation.
