Research On Shared Apartment System Based On Internet Of Things Communication Technology

Intelligent electronic lock is a typical representative of the construction of smart homes and even smart cities.The use of sufficiently safe and convenient intelligent electronic locks to intelligently manage homestays and apartments and build a shared apartment system model is in line with people’s interests and can produce considerable economic benefits And social benefits.At this stage,the security performance and convenience of smart electronic locks used in bed and breakfasts and hotels are not enough to meet people’s needs in some aspects,and there are few studies on the construction of shared apartment system models.Therefore,this paper aims at sharing For the problems existing in apartments and smart electronic locks,smart electronic locks based on ID card identification,cloud management platform software and their communication networks were designed and developed,and a shared apartment system model based on Internet of Things communication technology was constructed.This paper presents the theoretical concept of the shared apartment system model based on the Internet of Things communication technology,and from the perspective of the hardware layer,management layer and application layer,the specific design and implementation of the system model,and the two objects involved in the system Networked information and communication technology-RFID technology and wireless local area network communication technology,conducted in-depth research and perfected the system architecture of shared apartments.From the perspective of the hardware layer,in view of the safety and convenience problems existing in the current intelligent electronic lock,the paper designs and develops a new type of intelligent electronic lock with a new unlocking method-unlocking by identifying the ID card.ID cards have unique advantages that other access control cards such as plug-in IC cards and radio frequency IC cards do not have,such as digital anti-counterfeiting technology and printed anti-counterfeiting technology.This article introduces the hardware structure design and the composition circuit module design of the intelligent electronic lock,and explains the theoretical basis and specific implementation of the identification ID card.From the perspective of management,this paper designs the cloud management platform software supporting the smart electronic lock and builds it with the Alibaba Cloud server,and designs an open https communication instruction frame format and instruction scheduling strategy-priority queue,using System cloud management platform software and priority queue instruction scheduling strategy can realize real-time monitoring and remote control of electronic locks.From the perspective of the application layer,this system model cooperates with Beijing "Shihao Apartment" and Taiyuan Yike Short-term Rental Apartment to develop the We Chat reservation platform and reservation website of the B & B apartment,deploy system hardware and software facilities,and also promote linen and laundry The development of various industries such as shops,cleaning,property,hydropower,housekeeping,and catering has formed considerable social and economic benefits.
