With the increasing proportion of the elderly population in China,the market demand of wheelchair products for people with lower limb disability is also increasing year by year,and their functional requirements are becoming more and more diversified.At present,the wheelchair products in the domestic and foreign markets generally have the problem of single function,which cannot meet the daily activity needs of the elderly and the lower limb disabled.In order to help this group of people to cross the stairs,adjust the posture of the wheelchair and transfer between the wheelchair and the bed,the design of an electric wheelchair with comprehensive functions and reliable structure is of great significance to improve the quality of life of users and alleviate the nursing pressure.In this paper,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of existing wheelchair products,through functional demand analysis,put forward the overall design of multifunctional wheelchair,and designed the building climbing mechanism,lifting mechanism and attitude adjustment mechanism three main mechanism,using Adams motion simulation,finite element analysis,structural optimization and other methods to study the main mechanism.This paper has completed the following work:1、Based on the survey of domestic and foreign research present situation and the existing wheelchair products on the basis of comparative analysis,starting from the daily care needs of users,proposes the wheelchair to achieve the main function and designs the overall structure of wheelchair,completed the wheelchair climb building institutions,lifting mechanism,position adjusting mechanism of three main institutions in detail design principle.2、According to the principle of ergonomics and human body size application principle,determine the relevant dimensions of the wheelchair,wheelchair to make use of Solid Works software entity modeling,completed the wheelchair climb building autonomous mobile system and original system driver power calculation and selection,and finally climbed the wheelchair model building process simulation,verify the feasibility of the mechanism motion.3、Based on Solid Works and Adams software to wheelchair climb building of institutions,attitude adjusting mechanism such as the main body of the lifting mechanism and kinematics simulation,through access to the main body of the key nodes of displacement,velocity and acceleration curve motion analysis,the results show that the designed three main institutions no impact on the smooth movement,sport performance is good.4、ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out finite element analysis on the lifting mechanism and posture adjusting mechanism.The results showed that the lifting mechanism and posture adjusting mechanism could meet the requirements of static strength and have room for optimization under different limit working conditions.The optimization design of the lifting mechanism and the posture adjusting mechanism was carried out by using topology optimization and size optimization methods.The optimized quality of the lifting mechanism was reduced by 17.29%,and the optimized quality of the posture adjusting mechanism was reduced by 12.7%.The optimization effect was obvious.
