With the acceleration of the aging process of China's social population,and the rapid increase in the number of patients with lower limb dystrophy due to physiological diseases,traffic and work accidents,how to solve the daily travel and rehabilitation training of the elderly,the disabled,and lower limb dysfunction patients have become one of the social hot spots.As a common mobile travel tool,wheelchairs should not be limited to satisfy basic mobility functions.More importantly,patients themselves can use wheelchairs to carry out a certain degree of autonomous rehabilitation training to help patients integrate into normal life and enable them to regain some self-care abilities.This article aims to design a function-enhanced wheelchair,developing its auxiliary medical function of rehabilitation training on the basis of satisfying the basic mobility function,to make patients carry out effective and reasonable rehabilitation training,and help patients achieve better recovery.This article firstly screens and evaluates various design elements based on Maslow 's hierarchy of needs theory and analytic hierarchy theory,further constructs a judgment matrix,and conducts a consistency test;then calculates the normalized weight value corresponding to each index,and sort them.In the second step,based on ergonomics,the functional dimensions of the product are constrained,and then a biomechanical model of the human lower limb is constructed to analyze the force characteristics of the main joints of the human lower limb.In the third step,analyze the mechanical structure involved in each functional module based on the previously set basic functions,clarify the working principle of the control system,and complete the mechanical structure design of the lower limb rehabilitation training module based on the flexible pneumatic muscle component,and other institutions together form a flexible boosting system.In the forth step,combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of product modeling imagery,improve the design plan from the aspects of form,processing technology and color matching,etc.,and explain in detail the various institutions of the product and the use process.The fifth step,evaluate the overall plan of the wheelchair,and use the human-machine analysissoftware CATIA to analyze the working space and comfort of the design plan.Finally,build an APP interactive platform and design related interfaces.The flexible assisted function-enhanced wheelchair is an innovative application of domestic independent intellectual property rights artificial intelligence technology in the field of rehabilitation medicine.It is a third-generation R & D product of the research team and cooperative enterprises.With the power of technological innovation,it actively supports and responds to the development of the country's major health industry.
