The aging problem is becoming more and more serious.The lagging of the related nursing industry has caused great pressure on the old-age and social security of our country.The lack of self-care ability of the disabled elderly has become a sharp contradiction with the situation of home-based and community-based old-age care in our country.The care of the disabled elderly is a huge economic and human burden for the family,and the gap of tens of millions of professional nursing staff can not be filled.A large group of disabled people.In this paper,an intelligent wheelchair bed is designed for the above problems.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the needs of the disabled elderly and relevant national standards and technical requirements,the overall design of the intelligent wheelchair bed is carried out,and the size and spatial distribution are determined.2.Structural design of bedstead,central frame,bedplate and key parts is carried out.Then the mechanism design and theoretical analysis of lifting back,lifting buttock and turning left and right are carried out.Then the translation lifting mechanism and accessories of flexible adjusting device and two convenience treatment device are designed,and a three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks.3.The kinematics and dynamics of the mechanism are analyzed by using MATLAB and SolidWorks Motion.The stability of the intelligent wheelchair bed is verified by the stability of the position and posture transformation,the rationality of the mechanism and the demand of the disabled elderly.The stability of the wheelchair bed is analyzed,which shows that the intelligent wheelchair bed has good stability.4.Finite element analysis of bed frame,central frame and key parts is carried out by ANSYS.The results show that the design requirements are met and the structure and material selection are reasonable.5.Establish a human-machine integrated model of flexible adjustment of lifting back position and posture transformation,and analyze the force of airbag adjusting various parts of human back,which shows the rationality of flexible adjustment.6.Preliminary research on human pressure sensing system,intelligent closed-loop control module and pressure sore prevention module has been carried out.The overall scheme has been preliminarily determined,the sensor has been selected,the control scheme has been determined,and the intelligent and flexible wheelchair bed has been preliminarily realized.
