The rapid development of Internet technology has greatly changed people's way of life,but also greatly promoted the efficiency of industrial production.In this process,the information level of power engineering management is also constantly improving.In the field of power engineering management of State Grid Corporation of China,the traditional manual management of engineering projects has been unable to meet the increasing and increasingly complex needs of power grid project management.In order to improve the efficiency of project management and change the goal of low data sharing of power grid project management,State Grid Corporation of China will use information software development technology to carry out information transformation of power grid project management,making the management of power grid project more refined and real-time.In view of the actual situation of project management of State Grid Corporation,this thesis designs and implements a project management information system of State Grid Corporation Based on Web.In this system,the theory of project management is introduced into the field of power engineering project management to realize the whole range and whole process coverage management.To manage all affairs in the process of power engineering project management,including the life cycle of power engineering project,from project initiation to project quality control,schedule,safety control,completion acceptance,etc.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the background and significance of power engineering project management,summarizes the theories and methods of related engineering project management at home and abroad,and analyzes the current mainstream management methods and software development technology.Then,according to the characteristics of project management of State Grid Corporation of China,the thesis analyzes the requirements of the system,and determines the main functional modules of the system,including project management,project plan management,project implementation management,project supervision management,project final account management,system background management and other functional modules and sub modules.J2 EE software development technology is used to design and develop the functional modules of the system.MVC modular design mode is used to design the functional modules of the system,so as to reduce the coupling of therealization of the functional modules of the system.And the background database of the system is designed and developed to realize the sharing of system data and improve the utilization rate of data.Finally,functional test case and JMeter tool are used to test the function and performance respectively.The test results show that the system can meet the requirements of practicability,efficiency,reliability and scalability,improve the efficiency of project management of State Grid Corporation,and reduce the human cost of project management.The power engineering project management system developed in this thesis has been put into trial use in a regional power company.Through the use of this system,the current situation of each department of State Grid Corporation using their own information management system has been completely changed.While improving the work efficiency,it also further promotes the flow of information between different departments,and improves the information construction level of State Grid Corporation.
