| The main business types of power communication can be divided into critical operation business and transaction management business,among which the information of critical operation business is not large,but it has high requirements on the real-time,accuracy and reliability of communication.The transaction management business has the characteristics of many kinds of business,fast change and large communication flow.In recent years,the administrative voice system of each unit of the company has developed rapidly,the existing power SPC exchange technology level is backward,and the core equipment has been operating for more than ten years,which is far from meeting the requirements of current development.Based on these conditions,it is of great practical significance for the sustainable and healthy development of the company to introduce new technologies and services of the voice communication network on the basis of retaining the traditional voice services and realize the capacity increase of the existing system and access to new services.This paper firstly introduces and analyzes the development of soft switching technology,various protocols in the system,SIP characteristics and key technologies,and compares the soft switching technology with the traditional program-controlled switching CC08 to draw the feasibility conclusion of upgrading the voice switching system in the power industry.To ordos grid administration switched network upgrading demand as the main research targets,including network design,network design and hosting solutions,connectivity,such as terminal access issues,mainly studies the ordos administrative exchange network scheme design and implementation of the scheme,based on voice switching system renovation project,completed the ordos grid voice switching system upgrade,each performance index by actual big traffic test,verify the performance of the exchange network reconstruction after improve the stability of ordos electric power communication,It lays a solid foundation for the stable operation of Inner Mongolia Electric power company’s power grid and the sustainable and healthy development of its business. |
