With the development of intelligence of Power Grid in Inner Mongolia,communication technology is becoming more and more prominent in the power grid.The power communication network of Ordos Power Bureau is facing great challenges.In recent years,the voice system which is base on program-controlled switch and 2m networking mode of Ordos Power Bureau has developed rapidly can no longer meet the current development requirements.There are several problems in current voice system.First,it can not handle enough requests at the same time because of the small capacity.Second,it can not realize a full coverage intercommunication of voice services in Ordos area.Last,the high cost of multimedia introduction.The construction of power communication network is planned according to the current situation of communication network in Ordos Power Bureau.Based on soft switch technology,this new system is required to provide a variety of comprehensive services such as voice,streaming media,etc.To meet the new generation network of various new services,open source platform and a standardized service structure are chosen.Based on the original packet-switched network,it supports all kinds of telecommunication and telephone services,which makes the full use of virtual bandwidth technology and reliable transmission technology based on service quality.Call control function and transmission layer are independent from each other to realize the transformation of the existing program-controlled voice network.in addition to retaining the original voice services,new services such as data,video,conference and messaging are also supported.The content of the paper mainly includes: introduction of soft switch technology,planning and construction of exchanging network.New and old networks are used at the same time,mutual backup,integration between servers.Through planning the networking scheme,technical scheme and the introduction and integration scheme of new functions of the soft switch system have been formed. |
