| There are more and more old industrial building reconstruction projects.Single storey old industrial building is used in various reconstruction projects because of its advantages of large number,large space and flexible transformation.According to statistics,office type reconstruction accounts for the majority.However,the characteristics of large depth and various lighting modes of single storey old industrial buildings make it easy to produce problems such as insufficient illumination and uneven lighting after being transformed into office buildings.Most of the existing related researches are qualitative analysis of strategy,but lack of quantitative research.Therefore,it is necessary to study the natural lighting of the office space of the old single storey industrial building transformation from the perspective of quantitative research.Nanjing has a considerable amount of industrial heritage resources.In recent years,many single-layer old industrial building office renovation projects have been born.Therefore,this paper takes the single-layer old industrial building renovation office space in Nanjing as the research object,through data collection and theoretical research,according to the lighting mode,space utilization mode,and the span and height of the original plant after the renovation,and other information screening Three types of typical lighting types of single-layer old industrial building renovation office space,on this basis,select Nanjing area with certain typical lighting characteristics of single-layer old industrial building renovation office space as an example,through field measurement and computer simulation,quantitative evaluation of its problems in natural lighting.The results of measurement and simulation show that there are some problems in the mixed lighting office space and the side lighting office space,in which the indoor average illuminance of the mixed lighting office space is only 272 lx when it is the highest,and the indoor average illuminance of the side window lighting office space is only 220 lx when it is the highest,There is a big gap between the405 lx required by the office building in Nanjing area and that in the mixed lighting office space,the average lighting coefficient is only 1.30%,and the average lighting coefficient of the side lighting office space is only 1.26%,which does not meet the design standard value of 3%.In addition,the measured mixed lighting office space,the side lighting office space and the skylight lighting office space all have the phenomenon of uneven lighting The evenness is 0.22,0.13 and 0.32 respectively,which is quite different from the design recommended value of 0.7,indicating that the difference between the indoor light and shade is very obvious.On this basis,the computer simulation of natural lighting is carried out for the theoretical model of three typical lighting types of single-layer old industrial building renovation office space.As a supplement to the case study,the simulation results further clarify the problems of low illumination and poor lighting uniformity in mixed lighting office space,side lighting office space and rectangular skylight lighting office space.Finally,the natural lighting problems found in the case study and theoretical model study are summarized,and the corresponding optimized and improved design is proposed.In this study,the field measurement and computer simulation analysis of the indoor natural light environment of the office space of the old single-layer industrial building in Nanjing area are carried out,the problems of the indoor natural light of the old single-layer industrial building after the office type transformation are evaluated quantitatively,and the optimization design suggestions are put forward,which can be used for reference and reference for the office type transformation projects of the old industrial building in Nanjing area in the future.The whole thesis contains about 60000 words,177 pictures and charts. |
