According to the data chart of population census,since the implementation of family planning in China,the population base has been controlled,but it also brings the real problem of population aging.Up to now,the proportion of the elderly in the total population is getting larger and larger in China.With fewer children in the family and an imperfect social security system,the health of many elderly people cannot be well guaranteed.At the same time for some unexpected accident or any other condition that causes disability and paralysis and needs into the physical rehabilitation of patients,the hospital has some relevant rehabilitation nursing medical apparatus and instruments,however these product features simple single,operation comfort is bad to can realize multifunctional integration,space is limited,need manual operation,can't satisfy the current recovery needs of users.Based on the reality of the problems facing society,in order to provide the people more comfortable and limited space trajectory function more comprehensive rehabilitation products,sports organizations adopt bilateral parallelogram mechanism design,this paper is under the modular active nursing bed user requirements,according to the properties of trajectory and folding parallelogram peculiar to different structure design of various modules,in limited space layout module trajectory needs,make the operation more smooth and comfortable,meet processing technology is simple,saving material requirements,etc.,For the elderly,disabled and paralyzed people and people in need of health care designed to meet the requirements of the majority of users,better performance,more ergonomic health care products.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)overall layout design based on the functional requirements of each module ofthe electric recovery bed.According to the design index of rehabilitation nursing bed and the functional requirements of users,the application layout and position space of each bilateral parallelogram mechanism were conceived for each module to meet the requirements of ergonomics.To complete the rehabilitation nursing robot bed function module of the overall plan of the design layout.(2)bilateral parallelogram mechanism was designed according to the movement trajectory and space requirements required by the function of each module of the electric rehabilitation bed.According to the motion requirements of each part of the human body,the mechanism that meets the motion trajectory requirements is designed,and the kinematic model is established to obtain the motion parameters of the mechanism components,so as to further determine the rationality and certainty of the motion trajectory.The knowledge of these parameters can pave the way for the subsequent dynamic analysis and the strength check of each key position.(3)the detailed structural design of the bilateral parallelogram mechanism of each module was carried out through the Solid Works 3d simulation software,including the selection of materials,the selection of driving mode,model size and connection mode of driving source,and the setting of materials for subsequent finite element analysis.The mechanism of each module is built into the general framework to confirm whether there is any interference in the process of motion,and whether the driving parts meet the motion stroke and trajectory requirements.Through the space size of the mechanism,the space size given by the module and the driving part,the accurate size of the mechanism part is determined and the correctness of the selected driving source is verified.(4)according to the mechanism of each designed module,the dynamic analysis of each mechanism module was carried out through the Solid Works motion plug-in to obtain the stress curve of each pair of moving points and the motion track point of the mechanism.Observe the change of parameters to get the correct motion of the moving mechanism.(5)finally,through the Solid Works Simulation plug-in,finite element analysis was carried out on the key parts of the components in the bilateral parallelogram mechanism of each module,and the strength of the parts and assemblies was checked.Verify the rationality of mechanism design and material selection.Finally,the experience of each module in the process of assembly bed is summarized.(6)the bilateral parallelogram mechanism designed by each module was studiedand analyzed,and the future work was forecasted...
