Bag taking device that is a double degrees of freedom parallelogram mechanism is an important part of automatic filling machine of double bag. Take action is the start of the whole process of filling, bag take quality of bag will directly affect the whole filling process each link, to fully automatic double bag filling machine overall work effect has played a key role. Therefore, to find a way to improve the quality of take bag, under the condition of without affecting its efficiency, improves the stability of movement of take bag device, to improve the work efficiency and service life of filling machine has to be reckoned with.Based on double dof parallelogram mechanism as an example, on the bag device mainly studies the following several aspects:(1) according to take bag device work ability demand, analysis of its working principle and motion law of structure design, and take the bag was established based on the three dimensional modeling software Solidworks device structure physical model, and make sure that the parts and components assembly is reasonable, and no interference phenomenon(2) The three-dimensional entity model of taking the bag after the completion, after the completion of the Solidworks save as parasolid entity model(*. X_t) format, open in the ADAMS, material properties, modified entity model applying constraints, force and moment, set up the constraint conditions, the work of the beat to take bag device efficiency and stability of the influence on the dynamic simulation test, and it is a key component of the angular velocity, velocity, displacement, angular acceleration and the relation curve of time, the analysis time curve, motion, key component is obtained by analysis of time curve, the motion law of and the reaction conditions, provide theoretical basis for subsequent optimization of key components(3) the key component of double degree of freedom parallelogram mechanism for force analysis, with the help of ANSYS finite element software structure statics analysis of key components.Get these artifacts bending stress distribution and deformation of the map, and compare the theoretical data and actual situation, to verify the authenticity and reliability of the simulation results.(4) summarize the causes of vibration, and put forward the improvement plan, based on ADAMS and ANSYS simulation data show the feasibility of the improved scheme, and get the improved parameters, to modify the drawings.In this paper, by using the ADAMS software device to take a bag of double degree of freedom parallelogram mechanism dynamics simulation analysis of dynamic characteristics of the parallelogram mechanism parameters, then these parameters used in ANSYS, get relevant bending stress distribution and deformation of the figure, find the weak link of the institution, and the link for structure optimization design improvements, so take bag device stability can be improved.
