| It is an important step in the production process of the electric cabinet to check the wiring error of the electric cabinet.The accuracy of the error detection determine whether the electric cabinet can be used normally and affect the operation of the electrical equipment.The traditional error detection method is mainly through the human eye recognition of the detection personnel,using color calibration,position inspection and other methods to check the wires one by one,error detection accuracy is low,time-consuming,and low degree of automation.In order to improve the accuracy of electrical wiring error detection and realize non-contact automatic error detection of electrical wiring,this paper proposes an automatic electrical wiring error detection method based on machine identification.This method collects the internal wiring diagram of the electrical cabinet to be tested by taking photos,processes the image by image splicing,edge detection and other methods,identifies the number information and detects the position of the wire,and compares it with the established electrical cabinet wiring template library to determine whether the wiring is correct.The test platform is built,and the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.The details are as follows:(1)The system function is determined according to the requirement of electrical cabinet wiring error checking,the principle of electrical wiring error detection is analyzed,and the overall scheme of electrical wiring automatic error detection system is designed.According to the scheme,the system error detection is designed,and the system hardware is designed,with a focus on the camera calibration problem.(2)The image processing technology of electrical wiring is studied.According to the requirements of the system scheme,the image of the electric cabinet is collected several times,and it is spliced into a complete panoramic image through the image mosaic technology.In view of the shortcomings of edge detection operator in filtering and denoising and threshold selection,the combination of adaptive smoothing filter and morphological closed operation is used to replace the traditional Gaussian filter,and Otsu method is used to adaptively select high and low thresholds to improve the edge detection accuracy of the electric cabinet image.(3)The algorithm of wire identification for electrical cabinet is studied.The wire number is detected by a positioning algorithm and divided into single characters.According to the character characteristics of the wire in the electrical cabinet,a convolutional neural network model is designed to identify the wire number.A wire position detection algorithm is designed to obtain the wire coordinates in the detection area and obtain the actual wire position information through coordinate transformation.The standard wiring table of the electrical cabinet is designed,and the wire number and position information are compared with the wiring table to get the error detection result.(4)In order to display the test results intuitively,this paper developed the upper computer system of electrical wiring automatic error detection,designed the login registration interface,error detection interface and data query interface.Using the mixed programming of Qt and MATLAB to realize the interaction between platforms.The upper computer system can control the acquisition and processing of images,display and save the error detection results at the same time.Finally,the accuracy of the error detection method described in this paper is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the method can accurately detect whether the wiring of the electrical cabinet is correct and improve the error detection efficiency of the electrical wiring. |
