In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the people’s quality of life has a new pursuit,such as the demand for electricity in daily life has not been limited to the rapid increase of power supply,the quality and safety of power supply system also put forward higher requirements.As a directly connected part of the power system,the power supply reliability reflects the development level of the power industry,so the safety and reliability of the power distribution system should be maximized.How to further improve the safety and reliability of distribution network is the main problem facing China’s power system at present.This paper studies how to improve the reliability of distribution network and the impact of safety on the reliability of power supply,first of all,by referring to the current situation of the power grid at home and abroad,studying the basic situation of the power grid,selecting the typical wiring mode under the voltage level of the distribution network in Shanghai,and using a reliability evaluation algorithm combining the structure and load level of the distribution network grid grid.The distribution network under different voltage levels is modeled and evaluated,and the difference between the theoretical reliability of distribution network and the actual statistical reliability is summarized,that is,the main factors affecting the reliability of power supply.Secondly,the summary factors are taken into account in the evaluation of the planning scheme,then an evaluation system comprising the structural level indicators of the distribution grid grid frame is proposed,and an evaluation method is used to improve the combination of AHP and CRITIC method.Through the calculation of the weight of each planning scheme,the practicality of the proposed planning evaluation method and the reasonableness of the evaluation system which includes the structural level index of the distribution network frame are proved.Finally,the safety-based network reliability research,mainly considering the current studyof urban network reliability usually only consider N-1 safety standards,but other safety standards under the distribution network reliability research is also essential,the system reliability also has an important impact.Comparing the reliability evaluation under normal operation and planning mode,and the comparative analysis of safety standards at home and abroad,a comprehensive evaluation of the reliability of the system under different safety standards is proposed.In the evaluation of the reliability of the urban distribution network,we need to consider the reliability of power supply under different circumstances,fully combine the characteristics of the power supply of the urban network,start from the structure of the grid frame,safety guidelines and other directions,and in-depth study of the impact of different modes of operation on the reliability of the distribution network,which is helpful to research on the safety of urban distribution network provides an effective reference value.
