Power grid is an important infrastructure,an important part of the national energy supply system,and the material basis for the national economy and social development.Being directly connected to the users,the distribution power grid,which is the end of the power grid,plays the role of distributing electric energy.To a certain extent,the consumption of electricity power reflects the economic development and people's living standards in a country or region.In order to improve the reliability of power supply,State Grid Corporation expands it's investment in distribution power grid construction and renovation.With the development of the society,the increase of volume of and difficulty in inplementing the construction and renovation projects results in the emerging of power engineering safety problems.Therefore,the construction of a seires of scientific and reasonable safety management evaluation structure in the construction and renovation projects of distribution power grid is of highly importance.In this dissertation,domestic and foreign research situations of project safety management are firstly summarized.Meanwhile,the concept and basic theory of project safety management are expounded.Then,the safety management in construction and renovation distribution power grid projects are put forward after taking the characteristics of the project into consideration.Secondly,the risks against safety management are thoroughly analyzed from the aspects of personnel risk,power grid risk,equipment risk,management risk and environmental risk.According to the construction principle,the safety management evaluation index structure of distribution power grid construction and renovation project is constructed by applying expert investigation method and brainstorming method.Thirdly,the risk assessment method is introduced.Taken the characteristics of the project into consideration,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is chosen to evaluate the safety management of the construction project.Finally,the introducing of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in distribution power grid construction and renovation project is proved to be feasible by an example.According to the evaluation results,representative improvement measures are put forward.
