In recent years,the Ministry of Country has requested to promote building energy conservation and green buildings,advocate green construction,and vigorously develop prefabricated buildings.As a large proportion of rural areas,with the development of the country’s urbanization strategy,rural housing problems are increasingly exposed,such as extensive urban and rural construction model,high energy consumption and low utilization efficiency,heavy scale and light efficiency,heavy appearance and light quality,building service life is much lower than the design life of the building.Therefore,it is imperative to find a low-rise prefabricated building suitable for agricultural houses and follow the principles of application,safety,green and beauty to create good economic and social benefits.In this paper,a kind of prefabricated vertical slit hollow shear wall is proposed,which can be regarded as a kind of energy-saving wall.The structure can not only retain the advantages of ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall structure,but also overcome the shortcomings of traditional shear wall.The results include:(1)For the fabricated shear wall with different ratio of height to width between joints,the hysteretic curve has the same shape and full degree,and has strong seismic performance.If the ratio of height to width between slits increase,the bearing capacity will decrease,but it is small.The fabricated vertical joint hollow shear wall can be used in low-rise buildings;(2)The aspect ratio of the wall between joints has the influence on the seismic performance.With the increase of the aspect ratio between joints,the wall changes from the traditional shear failure to the bending shear failure,improves the ductility of the wall,improves the seismic performance of the vertical joint hollow shear wall,and has a good ability to dissipate seismic energy;(3)In the form of vertical joints of the same vertical joints of different sizes,the bearing capacity,stiffness and seismic performance of the wall with the connection key have better performance,so in the wall with the same vertical joint,the wall with the connection key can be selected to obtain better seismic performance.(4)This new type of fabricated vertical joint hollow shear wall has good mechanical performance and meets the goal of seismic fortification in China.It can be applied to engineering practice and provide reference for future engineering development.
