In recent years,prefabricated building is becoming more popular in China and has received intensive study,indicating that prefabricated building has formed a trend.At the same time more and more documents on prefabricated buildings have been announced by Chinese government.Especially in the opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on Further Strengthening urban planning and construction management,the development of prefabricated structure has received much attention and details of requirement of developing prefabricated structure is also announced.At the meeting of state council in 2016,the premier clearly proposed to intense the reformation urban buildings,develop new building and structure,especially the environmentally friendly building which could be represented by prefabricated buildings.,standardizing the safety level of construction industry and cater to the theme of environment protection.Nowadays,prefabricated building has become a general trend of construction industry.Comparing to traditional cast-in-place buildings,the contamination level of prefabricated building is lower(benefit from dry connection);At the same time,prefabricated building could be much efficient but requires higher assembly accuracy since most of the parts are manufactured in factory then transported to the site for assembling.Except for the advantage in engineering aspect,such unique mode drives the development of other industries like logistics industry.Considering all those advantages,prefabricated building has been increasingly emphasized by the government.The connection node of each component is always attractive for researchers and could be crucial for prefabricated buildings.In this paper,a new fully assembled prefabricated beam node with both efficiency and conciseness is proposed.The connection between beams and columns is completely made by steel plates and bolts,and the dry connection is adopted,which consists of prefabricated T-beams,prefabricated corbel columns,embedded pressure bearing steel plates,top bearing steel plate and 8 bolts with a diameter of 30 mm.C40 and C80 concrete is used for the prefabricated T-shaped beam and corbel column.8bolt holes are respectively opened for the column and beam,the corresponding beam and column of the embedded pressure bearing steel plate are also respectively opened with holes with a diameter of 36 mm.The bearing steel plate is made by Q345 steel and set on the top of the column,and the column and beam are connected with the embedded bearing steel plate by bolts,and finally fixed by nuts.The proposed node avoids the defects of wet operation,makes the field operation installation more efficient and convenient for command and management.This node belongs to bolt connection nodes and mainly relies on bolts and the number of bolts of this type of fabricated node can be further optimized.Therefore,the mechanical performance test of the new eight bolt joint under low cycle reciprocating load is carried out in this paper.Through theoretical calculation,the number of bolts is reduced to six bolts and the new node keeps agreeing the design Requirements.The characteristic values of hysteretic curve,skeleton curve and energy dissipation coefficient of the model under low cycle reciprocating load are compared by utilizing the finite element method.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the eight bolt node has been tested in the State Key Laboratory of Anhui University of Architecture,and compared with the cast-in-place node under the same working condition.Two kinds of node reached the ultimate bearing capacity at the length of 124.8mm and 78.8mm,respectively.And the yield strength of the eight bolt node is 74.8kN while the yield of the cast-in-place node under the same working condition is 48.7kN.The envelope area of newly proposed node is larger,which shows that it has good seismic performance,proved that the design of this node is successful and meets the expected standard.After numerical simulation by ABAQUS,the result shows that the new type of nodes can also meet the seismic performance requirements of the structure after reducing the number of bolts.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place structure,it still has a greater improvement in performance,and has a good application prospect and experimental value.Figure [43] table [6] reference [108]...
