In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the number of vehicle is also growing rapidly,which not only makes it convenient for people to travel,but also brings great traffic and environmental pressure.In the face of increasingly complex driving conditions,through fault diagnosis,monitoring of driving condition and acquisition of location,controlling the driving state of the vehicle in real time,not only can determine whether vehicle is in trouble immediately and reduce the resulting traffic accidents,but also can effectively improve the driving habits of vehicle owners and help maintain the vehicles.Based on this requirement,this paper combines OBD diagnosis technology,CAN bus technology,Beidou positioning technology and NB-Io T communication technology to design a remote vehicle monitoring system,which effectively implements vehicle fault diagnosis,driving status monitoring,location tracking,and remote management.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of this system,the overall scheme of constructing vehicle remote monitoring system is proposed.The system is composed of two parts: the on-board terminal and the remote monitoring platform.The on-board terminal is used to obtain vehicle faults,driving status and location information,which is uploaded to the cloud server via NB-Io T.Built on cloud server remote monitoring platform,receives andanalyzes terminal data,furthermore,deposite into the database.And by accessing data remotely through Web pages to realize remote monitoring of vehicles.(2)Hardware circuit design and underlying software development are carried out for on-board terminal.In terms of hardware,STM32F103RCT6 is the main controller,integrated CAN transceiver module,Beidou positioning module and NB-Io T communication module.In terms of software,based on embedded development,C language is used to design the software of vehicle data acquisition,Beidou positioning information acquisition and NB-Io T wireless communication.(3)Based on the Ali cloud server,the data processing software and data management software of the remote monitoring platform are developed by Socket service and Java Web technology.Through the establishment of TCP communication between the server and the on-board terminal,the uploaded data is received and stored in the My SQL database,and the relevant vehicle information is managed and queried on the Web page.(4)The complete experimental test is carried out,and the vehicle CAN data can be obtained successfully by the on-board terminal,the vehicle driving data and Beidou positioning data,uploaded by the terminal through NB-Io T,can be received by the server,and the data can be managed and queried on the web page.The experimental results show that the system is feasible.In summary,the on-board terminal can collect vehicle-related information,and the remote monitoring platform can realize data management and query.The whole system achieves the expected design effect,and can effectively realize the functions of vehicle fault diagnosis,driving condition monitoring and real-time tracking,which provides the basis for the construction of vehicle networking and vehicle management.
