With the increase of car ownership in the world, the energy and environmental problems become more and more serious, and the clean and efficient new energy vehicles emerge at the historic moment. One of the key technologies for the development of new energy vehicles is the development of power battery technology. The current solution is to improve the performance of the battery by using the battery management system(BMS)to control the power battery. With the increasing popularity of the sharing economy, sharing electric vehicles are also developing in more and more cities, and the demand for Internet of vehicles systems that can monitor Sharing vehicles in real time is also increasing. Therefore,it is of great significance to design a stable and powerful remote monitoring system based on the Internet of vehicles for the battery management system.Based on the concept of Internet of vehicles, this paper designs a remote monitoring system for the original battery management system, which can not only monitor the battery status information of the electric vehicle in real time, but also locate the target vehicle. The details are as follows:(1)According to the demand analysis of the system, the overall scheme of the on-board battery remote monitoring system is designed. The on-board terminal uses STM32 series chips as the main controller, uses CAN bus interface module to realize the function of collecting and analyzing CAN bus data, and transmits CAN bus data and Beidou data to the monitoring platform through Beidou module and 4G module. The monitoring platform can display vehicle location information and battery status information, and these information of data can be stored in the PC for easy management and invocation.(2)Carry out type selection and circuit design for each module of the vehicle terminal, complete the development of the underlying driver and test each functional module. It includes the communication test of the RS232 serial port and CAN bus interface of the STM32 F103 microprocessor, the test of the Beidou communication module and the test of the 4G communication module, and finally completes the integration of the hardware system.(3)Complete the software design of embedded vehicle terminal, and complete the test of RS232 serial port communication,CAN bus interface communication,Beidou module communication and 4G module communication in the Keil uVision5 MDK environment with C language.(4)LabWindows/CVI is used to complete the construction of monitoring platform,to establish TCP connection with the client side, and to realize functions such as data receiving, data transmission, data display, data processing and data storage.
