Research On Influencing Factors And Optimizing Paths Of New Energy Industry Capital Structure

Green development is an important issue that is being watched all over the world.It is an issue that serves the present and benefits.All countries in the world are advocating green and sustainable development.New energy,as a kind of renewable energy,is being actively developed and utilized by various countries.In order to build a resource-saving society at an early date,China has also been committed to promoting the development of the new energy industry.However,at this stage,the new energy industry is still in the growth stage in China,facing many problems such as a large capital gap and a long investment return period.Proper planning of the capital structure of new energy companies will play an important role in its future development.In this paper,the main research subject is the analysis of the influencing factors of the capital structure in the new energy industry.At the same time,Goldwind Technology,which is a representative in the new energy industry,is selected as a case company to deeply analyze the capital structure and its influencing factors and propose the gold wind technology capital structure Optimize the path.First,the article makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the capital structure of 66 new energy companies,and summarizes the current status of the capital structure of new energy companies.Secondly,a multiple linear regression analysis method was used to perform a regression analysis on the influencing factors of the capital structure,and it was concluded that the capital structure was positively correlated with the value of the collateral collateral,company size,growth capacity and equity structure,and negatively affected the profitability and non-debt tax shield Related conclusions.Thirdly,the article analyzes the current situation of the capital structure of the case company Goldwind Technology,and applies the influencing factors of the capital structure of the new energy company to the case to analyze it.It is concluded that Goldwind Technology currently has a high debt level and a low debt structure.Reasonable and excessive dependence on external financing and low utilization rate of financing channels.Finally,in order to ensure that the company's subsequent development can achieve the business goal of maximizing corporate value,the article proposes severaloptimization paths and guarantee measures for the company's current problems.It is hoped that this research can play a certain reference role for the development of the new energy industry and promote the better growth of China's new energy industry.
