| In recent years,the development of China's shipping market has accelerated.The throughput and container traffic of major ports have increased,and the competition of port terminals has become increasingly fierce.Under such circumstances,port terminals want to enhance their competitiveness.It is necessary to work hard in terms of operational efficiency,and it is particularly necessary to evaluate the operational efficiency of port terminals.At the same time,improving operational efficiency is also a difficult problem that each port terminal must face.This article takes the terminal of Tianjin Port L Container Company as the research object.In this case,the port terminal's operating efficiency is particularly important.First,the research background and research significance of this paper are described,and the current research status at home and abroad is carried out.Comprehensive elaboration;Secondly,on the basis of the concepts related to container terminals and operation efficiency,the theoretical basis of this study is proposed.Third,based on the basic situation of the L container company terminal in Tianjin Port,systematically analyze the problems and causes of L container terminal company's operating efficiency;fourth,select ten container terminal companies in the Bohai Rim Port Group as data collection objects and construct Input and output index system,use DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of ten sample companies,and analyze the evaluation results;Fifth,comprehensively improve system operating efficiency,improve operating system intelligence,ISO quality management standardization certification and increase employees Support system investment and other aspects proposed measures to improve the efficiency of Tianjin Port L Container Company's terminal operations.Through research,this paper believes that there is still a certain gap between the L container terminal of Tianjin Port and competitors in the same industry.The level of intelligence of the system. |
