Study On Schedule And Cost Control Of PG Road Engineering Project Of Z Company

For the past few years,as the consciousness of environmental protection is gradually increasing,the national investment in environmental protection has been continuously strengthened.And with the gradual improvement of the international status,the opportunities of hosting various regional and national competitions and conferences are also increasing.For the construction industry,projects with a long construction period are likely to face multiple and inevitable shutdowns at different time intervals during the construction cycle,which may lead to the delay of project completion.In the period when the project can be constructed,it is of great significance to arrange the whole construction process of the project reasonably and efficiently,and to control and optimize the schedule and cost to the maximum.At present,in the construction stage of road engineering projects,there are more and more external factors that can affect the progress and the degree,and the number of projects suspended due to air pollution,policy requirements and other factors is increasing.The main research of this thesis is to study the progress and cost control of the road engineering project in the subsequent construction after it is affected by stoppage in the construction stage.Taking the road engineering project as the research object,reading literatures on schedule and cost control,as well as to study of relevant theories,the actual cases of road engineering projects are listed for analysis.The method of schedule control is adopted to arrange the project procedures again,and the method of EVM is adopted to monitor the project process.Through the analysis of deviation and performance,the optimization of the whole project’s schedule and cost is evaluated.By analyzing the problems found in the process of schedule and cost control of road engineering projects,and combine with the control method adopted in practical cases,this thesis puts forward an effective method to control and optimize the schedule and cost in the construction stage of road engineering project after the construction period is delayed.Finally,this thesis summarizes and looks forward to the problems of construction schedule and cost control.This thesis starts from the problem of project shutdown that may be encountered in the construction stage of road engineering project.By analyzing the control methods used in project cases where delays actually occur,it is intended to minimize the impact of project delays on road engineering projects.In order to solve the problems of schedule and cost control after similar projects stop work in the future,this thesis puts forward a referential solution for relevant enterprises.
