At present,our life has gradually entered the Internet era,the profit marginof of traditional retail enterprises suffered serious oppression by Internet enterprises,the gradual popularization of the Internet has seriously affected the development of traditional retail industry,some shopping centers,physical stores,chain stores operating in trouble,traditional retailers have carried out transformation and upgrading to expand the new development market,to the development of new retail model of online and offline.Traditional home appliance retailers are strategically deploying and repositioning their Online Business,they are actively seeking a new development model,integrating online sales with offline operations,opening up diversified channels,optimizing the layout of online and offline physical stores,developing online and offline collaboration into a mainstream model for the future market,taking into account the diversified business strategy,and finally achieved good results.Therefore,on the basis of systematically compiling domestic and foreign literature reviewand and theoretical analysis,this paper makes a brief analysis of the development status of retail industry and the transformation environment facing it,and expounds the measures of implementing a new strategic upgrade,including re-segmentation and targeting of the market,establishing an online e-commerce platform,providing customized products and services for all kinds of consumers,and innovating marketing models,etc.,analyze the characteristics of the current home appliance retail industry,analyze the competitive advantage of Anshan GM Electric Co.,Ltd.Disadvantages and strategic environment,etc.,put forward for the traditional home appliance retail enterprises on-line and offline coordinated development of specific measures and optimization recommendations.Through the analysis and research of the new retail model,the new strategic idea of transformation and upgrading in the Internet environment of traditional home appliance retail enterprises is deduced.In the conclusion and outlook part,the conclusion and program of the study are summarized and summarized,and the research deficiency and future research direction are presented.It is hoped that the research on this topic can infer the development direction of promoting the scientific sustainable development and upgrading of the whole retail industry,and put forward the experience of reference to the strategic adjustment of traditional retailers.
