| The construction of rail transit in China started from Beijing in 1965,from first-tier cities to second-tier cities,which are now experiencing a boom in subway construction.Because of the advantages of large traffic volume and punctuality,the traffic network formed by the subway is the main force of urban public transportation,serving as the city’s long-distance and most of the traffic volume.In the environment of market economy,the value of subway property is gradually recognized by people.The design of the subway station has also changed from a simple station design to a complex problem of integrated development,with the developer’s efforts to connect to the subway on the one hand,and the rise of many purpose-built,locally integrated commercial complexes on the other.The rail transit complex is a comprehensive urban facility with the station as the core,integrated with the surrounding above-ground and underground buildings,with intensive functions and systematic integration.Compared with the traditional architectural space or ordinary underground space,the underground space of rail transit complex has the characteristics of multi-level,multi-element compound,dynamic opening and so on,and is closely related to the overall urban layout planning.However,problems such as improper scale of underground mass transit complex,single functional form or imbalance ratio,disordered spatial organization,bad environment and disconnection with surface urban spatial structure often occur in urban scale.Urban rail transit station underground space development has become a hot spot,but in the urban rail planning and construction sequence,the surrounding land ownership,under the influence of rail transit station and the surrounding underground space between all need to integrate in the fragmented design construction,how to integrate control is a key element in the design of integrated design difficulty.Based on the analysis of practical cases,this paper puts forward the integration model of underground space around urban rail transit station under different conditions,and combines the characteristics of underground space around urban rail transit station,and puts forward the key elements of integration design,which can be used as the reference for integrated design of underground space around rail transit station. |
