With the development of world chemical industry,the improvement of technology and people's quality of life,and the increasing demand for energy,the shortage of energy has become an important factor restricting the development of national economy.In China,the energy consumption of building is 2-3 times of that of developed countries under the same condition,and the energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts for 70% of the energy consumption of building,so the research on energy saving technology of air conditioning has important practical value.Taking the control of VAV system as the starting point,and combining an international center project in Shenzhen as an example,the digital model of air conditioning system is established,and the control schemes of VAV system are analyzed Finally,the successful application of VAV system debugging method and operation management in the later stage of the project is described.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of VAV system compared with the original air-conditioning system and the reasons for its popularization are analyzed,and the working principle and characteristics of each link of the system are analyzed.It provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis and control system,and is the basic link of the whole paper.Secondly,based on the research background of an International Business Center project in Shenzhen,the control scheme of variable air volume air-conditioning system is analyzed,and then a rehydrostatic pressure reset control scheme combining static pressure and variable static pressure is proposed Thus,the disadvantages of the control of the static pressure system and the variable static pressure system can be overcome,and the whole weak current control system can be optimized,the dynamic and static performance indexes of the system are optimized.In addition,taking the project as the research background again,the debugging methods of vav system are expounded in detail,including the debugging of VAVBOX air conditioner,the debugging of system air volume balance,the debugging of system self-control,etc.At the same time,the problems in the debugging process are analyzed and the solutions are put forward,which has certain practical significance.Finally,the paper expounds the operation and management contents of energy-saving operation,safe operation and system maintenance.
