To make better water supply quality,also to improve impact resistant ability when raw water is polluted,jiangnan water co.LTD,upgrade conventional treatment process to ozone and biological activated carbon technology process in Jiangsu jiangyin.Through deep processing technology in the process of debugging and running experience and data,as a future reference phase ii,phase iii of the project implementation.At the same time,because it is the first time that ozone activated carbon advanced treatment process be adopted to improve the system of water,we are also looking for a set of suitable for optimization of local equipment operation of xiaowan debugging and running of the depth of the water treatment.Xiaowan waterworks reconstruction of the highest daily water supply is300000 m~3,because of its geographical location,Xiaowan water builtd in depth treatment technology use the flocculation reaction according to the process the sand filter pool-ozone contact pool-pump room-activated carbon filter.Ozone contact pool chooses three-step dosing,residence time of 15 min,the highest dosing quantity is 1.5 mg/l.Boost pump room have 8 sets of variable frequency oblique flow pump,to transport water from ozone contact pool to activated carbon filter whose inlet pipe higher.Activated carbon filter,a total of 12 points,the laying of 0.5 m of quartz sand and 2.2 m of activated carbon,filter design speed 11.2 m/h.This subject adopts the pilot test results data to debug the ozone contact pool and activated carbon filter.In the process of adjustment of the depth of processing on different debugging scheme on activated carbon filter debugging time and effect of the difference,summarized a set of suitable for debugging task in a short time.At last it will need 15 days to debug cycle is shorten for eight days in the case of not stop water supply.According to the depth of the processing parameter of water quality data,we adjust the ozone-the mode of the activated carbon filter,in keeping the water quality standard test running parameters under the condition of the adjusting range.After the optimization,xiaowan water plant of water quality meet the national drinking water standard of qualified line above,several deep treatment specialization impurity removal has higher ascension,the effluent turbidity is under 0.1 NTU,removal rate is 99.5%or more;Removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is under 0.02 mg/l,more than 80%;Nitrite nitrogen is under 0.001 mg/l,removal rate is 91%or more;The oxygen consumption is under 0.5 mg/l,removal rate reached more than 80%.Replaced the old equipment in Xiaowan water and synchronous automation transformation,we avoid caused by man-made slack run unreasonable situation not in time,set with alum and chlorine for automatic dosing,dosing curve drawing and make it according to the water quality of the actual booking dosage adjustments.Reduce the failure rate of equipment,more stable operation,the new equipment need not often maintenance,ensure system of water effect.In order to increase the efficiency of the waterworks and achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption,this topic study the power consumption and oxygen consumption of pump room,backwash pump room and ozone contact pool.Study of activated carbon filter operation cycle and filtering effect,the backwash cycle,rinse intensity and time,the backwash pump power consumption reduced by 26.7%.Optimize boost pump operation mode,through the inverter control under different water and run the Numbers,make ascension pump power consumption reduced by 10%.To study relationship between power consumption and oxygen consumption of ozone generator,set an operation parameter for the minimum energy consumption,ozone generator operating costs by 44%.The total cost of year-round water to reduce growth in 1.3227 million yuan.
