Traditional manual deicing is difficult to achieve large-scale deicing,and cannot guarantee the personal safety of deicing workers,and it is very necessary to perform deicing operations without power failure.The traditional manual deicing efficiency is low,and the deicing robot also has problems such as large mass,complicated control,and ineffective deicing.In order to solve the above problems,this article uses the domestic and foreign transmission line deicing equipment as the research background,designs a highvoltage transmission line deicing device mounted by drones,and develops a deicing device prototype,which is verified by experiments.Mainly divided into the following parts:First of all,this article explains the damage caused by the icing and snow disasters of transmission lines,and summarizes and analyzes the research of inspection robots and deicing devices that use transmission lines as the application objects in various countries.Secondly,the working environment of the transmission line deicing device is described,including the classification and basic structure of the transmission line;and the overall scheme design of the deicing device is carried out,and the main research object of this paper is determined,which is applied to high-voltage power transmission.Deicing device of the line.According to the design requirements of high-voltage transmission lines and deicing devices,the function of deicing devices on high-voltage transmission lines is mainly analyzed,and the mechanical structure design of deicing devices is carried out.According to the characteristics of the mechanical system of the de-icing device designed in this subject,a three-dimensional model of the de-icing device was established,and the frame of the de-icing device was checked,and the modal analysis of the de-icing device frame was performed using ANSYS Workbench software.Then,the function analysis of the control system of the deicing device is carried out,and the control system(including software and hardware)of the deicing device is designed.Based on the research of the above-mentioned mechanical structure design and control system,the simulation prototype was produced,and experimental research was carried out to meet the design requirements.Finally,the main work was summarized,the areas for improvement of the deicing device were proposed,and the follow-up work was prospected.
