Hedgerow,as a plants widely distributed on both sides of urban roads and the central green belt,the central green belt of highway green belt and other places,plays the role of beautifying the environment,dust prevention and noise reduction.Hedgerows are also seasonal growth plants,need regular conservation and pruning,so as to ensure road safety.The artificial hand-held hedgerow trimmer has the disadvantages of low pruning efficiency,high labor intensity,pollution of environment and poor pruning effect,Therefore,car-mounted and automatic hedge trimmer has become the mainstream of current garden machinery.This paper studies a kind of vehicle-mounted rotary hedge trimmer which can not only trim the conventional plane or side hedges,but also complete the spherical,round table and cylinder to and wave surface shape trim design,automation and high pruning efficiency,and in a certain range can be controlled by the joint drive automatically adjust the pruning size.First of all,according to the technical index and pruning object to determine the final structure of the hedgerow machine,using SolidWorks 3D drawing software to design the components of the hedgerow trimmer,and to achieve the virtual assembly of the whole machine.Finite element static stress analysis is carried out on the hedge trimmer by using ANSYS Workbench module to ensure that the structure has sufficient stiffness and strength.modal analysis of the hedge trimmer can ensure that the natural frequency of the structure effectively avoids the ground and the exciting frequency caused by the pruning tool,and prevents resonance.The cross section of the telescopic arm of the hedge machine is optimized to reduce the quality of the telescopic arm quantity,save the amount of material and improve the performance of the whole machine of hedge machine.Secondly,the improved D-H parameter method is used to analyze the forward kinematics problem of hedge pruning machine,and to solve the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics equations.Write related programs and based on the model of hedgerow machine using MATLAB machine tool box,the working space of hedgerow machine is solved by Monte Carlo method.The trajectory planning is carried out in Cartesian space,and the linear and circular interpolation algorithms are analyzed theoretically.In this paper,three uniform B spline curves are used used for the trimming of the outer contour curves of the spherical hedgerow to ensure the stability and continuity of the end trajectory,and the motion displacement and velocity of each joint are obtained by MATLAB simulation,according to the curve to verify the rationality of the algorithm.Finally,the dynamics of the hedgerow structure is studied,and the system dynamics modeling is completed by Lagrangian method to explore the relationship between the motion of each joint and the force.a driving function is set in the ADAMS to realize the simulation analysis of the spherical trajectory of the virtual prototype.on the one hand,it verifies the motion feasibility of the hedge machine and checks the motion interference problem;on the other hand,it can measure and observe the curve data of each driving joint.
