Study On Application Of Parterre Hedgerow In Plant Landscaping

The use of hedgerow as a virescence form in west gardens has been a long time, in our application is not long, but very extensive. As the lack of systematic research in artistic aspects of hedgerow, many designers have blindness in their design, which is mainly reflected a number of hedgerow pattern has not assort with the site environment; mold pattern scale, color and the surrounding buildings, the proportion of facilities are not perspicacious; the selection of plants conflicts to the site environment and so on. To solve some of these problems encountered in the design of hedgerow, this paper has done systematic analysis in the use of hedgerow in landscaping of the plant.This paper is divided into six parts. The first three chapters expatiated the background and significance section, and analyzed the modern status of research and development in-country and abroad, generalized the contents and methods of the research, and the display technology line; introduced the concept character and the relation between the hedgerow and the landscaping of the plant.Chapter IV and V are the emphases of the paper. Chapter IV analyzed the elements of hedgerow, and summed up three elements of hedgerow pattern mode from the design level, the plants material, the design pattern, and the scale. Analyzed each of the elements, and summarized the basic grain characteristics and plane patterns constitute law of hedgerow; grain content of hedgerow, color texture of plants material, and the relation between scale, grain and texture etc. Chapter V elaborated the research of hedgerow's use in different landscaping of the plants, and is also the most important part of the paper. Based on the situation of investigation and data, and according to the application environment, the paper has researched on grain pattern hedgerow from city greenbelt, square and mini green interspaces. The paper summarized the characters of grain pattern hedgerow in different areas according to the analysis of plants landscaping in different areas and the research of examples researched. The last chapter is conclusion part, has summarized the whole paper.This paper has increased domestic research data in this area according to the research of system of pattern hedgerow, and provides reference for futures research of grain pattern hedgerow, also provides reference foundation for designers in design of this aspect.
