As the process of urban modernization in my country continues to accelerate,comprehensive buildings in various cities have sprung up.These buildings require large spaces.In order to meet this requirement,tall templates are needed.Due to the advantages of easy assembly and disassembly,strong versatility,large carrying capacity,and high cost performance,the fastener-type tall formwork is frequently used in my country's construction industry.According to statistics on the causes of accidents of tall formwork in recent years,because tall formwork is a temporary structure,during the on-site erection process,support system construction is not standardized,management is not in place,supervision cannot keep up,and material quality is not qualified.These factors seriously affect tall formwork.Support the stability of the system.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the stability and load-bearing capacity of the tall formwork support system,this article will start from the aspect of tall formwork structure,based on the research results of the research group on the site influencing factors on the safety of tall formwork engineering in the early stage;firstly,the mechanics of fasteners Perform experimental research and numerical analysis on performance,and then perform numerical analysis on tall formwork support system under different working conditions.Specific research work includes:(1)Experimental research on the mechanical properties of fasteners:anti-slip and torsion tests were performed on right-angle fasteners,and the tensile test of butt fasteners was carried out,and the anti-sliding resistance of right-angle fasteners under different torques was analyzed.Rigidity and torsion resistance,butt joint fastener tensile performance.The test results show that the sliding stiffness of right-angle fasteners increases with the tightening torque of the fasteners;as the tightening torque value of the butt fasteners increases,the tensile stiffness of the butt fasteners also shows an increasing trend.,The tensile performance is also better;in the one-time loading test of the torsion resistance of right-angle fasteners,the fasteners mainly have the following typical failure modes:fastener screw slippage,fastener wear,rod wear,fastener Pieces are deformed.However,during the turnover test,the fasteners were fractured.Under the same torque parameters,the test curves of the fasteners were relatively close and the dispersion was small,reflecting the feasibility of the test.(2)Fastener finite element analysis:According to the test results of right-angle fasteners and the related geometric dimensions and material properties of the fasteners,the material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity are considered,and the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element of the right-angle fasteners is established The model is analyzed and the same load conditions as the test are applied.The model is analyzed by finite element analysis.The load-displacement curve error of the test and numerical analysis is small,which shows the rationality of the establishment of the fastener finite element model.According to the results of the finite element analysis model of right-angle fasteners,a three-dimensional finite analysis model of rotating fasteners is established,and the mechanical performance of rotating fasteners is analyzed,which lays the foundation for the overall mechanical performance analysis of the support system.(3)Finite element analysis of the overall mechanical properties of the tall formwork support system:According to the results of the fastener test and numerical analysis and semi-rigid calculations,each fastener is simulated as six spring elements,and the three-dimensional finite element of the tall formwork support system is established.The meta-analysis model analyzes the overall mechanical properties of the tall formwork support system under different working conditions.The results show that the failure mode and overall deformation of the tall formwork system are closely related to the force under different working conditions.
