According to the national wind power development "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",by the end of 2020,the total installed capacity of wind power connected to the grid must reach 210 million kilowatts or more.At the end of 2019,my country's installed offshore wind farm capacity was second only to Britain and Germany,ranking third in the world.Although the advantages of offshore wind development are obvious,because offshore wind power projects are far away from the land,there are submarine cable laying,large construction water spans,various construction techniques,long periods,and changing customary routes,which greatly affects the reasonable distribution of wind farm navigation aids.Challenges.At present,scholars' researches are mostly focused on the research on navigational aids distribution of ports and bridges,discussing the construction of navigational aids regulations and standard systems,and discussing the management of navigation aids based on the technical level.The evaluation research on navigational aids distribution under the scene of offshore wind farm construction is still extremely lacking.This paper takes the construction of navigation mark project in Area A of the offshore wind farm in Changle,Fujian Province as an example,attempts to evaluate the navigation mark project during the construction period of the offshore wind power project from the perspective of navigation mark efficiency,combining the characteristics of wind farm construction,consulting related documents,and investigating by experts system.The analytic hierarchy process is adopted,that is,the weight of each factor to be evaluated is determined,and the evaluation result is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and corresponding suggestions are given to the evaluation result.The case finally obtained a good evaluation effect,and provided reference and reference for the reasonable deployment and safe use of similar wind farms in the future.At the same time,it also concluded that the evaluation index system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used in offshore wind farm navigation mark projects from the perspective of navigation mark effectiveness.It can also be promoted and used during the construction period.
