In recent years,the sustainable development of ports has attracted great attention from academia,port management departments and port and shipping companies.In the construction and development of ports,we used to pay too much attention to economic indicators such as port throughput.It is undeniable that this has contributed to the rapid development of my country's import and export trade and promoted the rapid development of my country's economy.However,as the world's ports continue to upgrade,the issue of sustainable development of ports has become increasingly prominent.This rough development method that ignores environmental issues and only pursues economic indicators has obviously been unable to win the competition in the future,which has also prompted us to step up promotion.The sustainable development of the port.Summarizing the problems of my country's port development,one of the key reasons why the implementation mechanism of sustainable operation strategy in my country's ports has not been formed is one of the key reasons,especially the lack of a scientific and reasonable port sustainable development evaluation index system.The construction of this evaluation system is not only an important practical issue that the port itself and the port and shipping management departments are concerned about,but also one of the key issues supporting the sustainable development theory of the port.According to the connotation of the sustainable development of the port,this paper uses the sea selection of the sustainable development evaluation index of the port,the setting of criteria,the preliminary screening and the related-principal component analysis method to carry out quantitative screening,and constructs a set of sustainable development evaluation of the port based on the DPSIR model.The indicator system,which includes 5 criterion layers and 16 evaluation indicators,has perfected the flaws of existing research evaluation systems that often cannot fully and comprehensively analyze the influencing factors related to port sustainability.Results in this paper show that:(1)In the port sustainable development evaluation index system constructed in this paper,93.4%of the original data information can be reflected reasonably and efficiently by 20.5%of the indicators;(2)The evaluation indicators after preliminary screening meet the availability and The observability principle solves the problems of large gaps in evaluation index standards,doubts about the attribution of some indexes,and irregular meanings.(3)Use the correlation-principal component analysis method to delete the evaluation indicators with large correlation coefficients and small factor loading coefficients in each criterion layer to ensure that the selected evaluation indicators have a significant impact on the evaluation results,and overcome the duplication of multiple evaluation indicators in the evaluation indicator system reflect the same information and reduce the number of evaluation indicators subjectively.
