| Social progress and development have increased the consumption of energy,and electricity has become the main source of social development.Nowadays,as the scale of power grid becomes larger and larger,the maintenance cost of power grid becomes higher and higher.As an important unit of power grid transmission and distribution,the high-voltage transmission line carries the important task of regional power grid power supply.Once it appears the operation breakdown,will cause the large-scale blackout accident.The existing environmental monitoring system for hv transmission lines is too expensive and complex to be deployed and used.In the current power system,there is a lack of operation monitoring of high-voltage transmission lines,which leads to the frequent occurrence of such accidents.This design proposes a new design scheme of operating environment monitoring system for high voltage transmission lines.It can realize real-time monitoring of location,lightning,weather,vibration,tilt and video of monitoring nodes.MSP430 controller is adopted to realize the overall control requirements of the system.Modular design is adopted to reduce the complexity of system usage and deployment.Independent power supply and low power consumption are adopted to reduce the independence and application cost of the system.Firstly,the paper introduces the development status of hv transmission line operating environment monitoring system at home and abroad.It discusses the problems existing in the current operation monitoring of high voltage transmission lines.Secondly,it analyzes the design requirements of the system,studies the security risks of high-voltage transmission and distribution lines,and converts the requirements into the functional requirements of the system.On the basis of demand analysis,it discusses the overall design of on-line monitoring system.It is divided into three parts: field monitoring,data communication and monitoring management.It discusses the overall function of field operation information monitoring unit.It discusses the selection requirements of sensors,compares the advantages and disadvantages of wireless sensors and wired sensors,and determines the selection of various sensors.It focuses on the detailed design of each unit of the system.It introduces the location and time acquisition function,lightning information monitoring function,system power supply scheme,4G communication unit,video data acquisition unit.It analyzes in detail the selection of controller and system circuit design based on MSP430.It discusses system software design and functional testing.It analyzes the overall structure of on-line monitoring system program and divides the whole program system into different subroutines according to different functional units.It studies the general program flow and lightning detection program flow.Finally,the test of the system’s overall function is completed.The function of the system is verified by the test of each function node and the actual simulation test.Through the long time running test,the stability of the system is verified.The modular design scheme of the system reduces the complexity of system deployment and can basically ensure that one person can complete the deployment of all nodes of a tower within 4 hours.The system cost is low.Under the condition of batch use,the cost of each tower is reduced to about 5000 yuan,which can meet the requirements of the current power grid. |
