| Recently, the government encouraged the development of private medical institutions.Private hospitals have been booming. However, private hospitals suffer from small scale and poor management. The group private hospitals can break the bottleneck because of its scale effect, which can better resist market risks.Medical device is the basis,it also directly affects the level of a hospital. Therefore, the procurement of medical devices is an important tasks, and so is the management of medical device suppliers. However, most group hospitals lack scientific and practical evaluation,so establishing one is necessary. This thesis takes the selection of medical device suppliers in private group hospitals as the research object, analyzes the special characteristics of medical devices and the development demands of private hospitals, and points out the importance of establishing scientific evaluation methods.Considering the complexity and dynamics of supplier selection, using the documentary analysis method to select out the evaluation indicators, using the questionnaires to correct them and get final evaluation indicator system. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process),this thesis chooses FAHP method as the base to establish the mode,And verify the superiority of the model in a bidding.FAHP is very suitable for evaluating problems with multi-objective,complex,and difficult to quantify indicators. It overcomes the disadvantages problem in the AHP method. It not only solves the problem of improving the reliability of decision-making,but also is simpler and more practical. This study first solved the practical problem of selecting the best medical device supplier in the group private hospital, and established a scientific and practical evaluation model of medical equipment suppliers based on FAHP for private group hospitals, and enriched the management research of private hospitals, and also provides reference for research work for medical device supplier selection of private group hospitals related area. |
