Research On Construction Cost Control Of Hanzhang Lake Project

In recent years,with the increasing number of construction projects in China,the market competitiveness is becoming more and more fierce.With the civil engineering projects gradually saturated,many companies have turned their investments to municipal engineering projects.At present,there are some deficiencies in cost control and cost management for projects integrating earthwork engineering,park ground engineering,professional subcontracting engineering,house foundation and rain and sewage pipeline engineering,road engineering,and greening engineering.This article is based on the research project of the Zhanghu Lake tourism construction project we are engaged in,through relevant theoretical knowledge,combined with the problems of cost control in the project implementation process,and explores the cost control guarantee measures to reduce costs and win the maximum profit,I hope it can bring reference to the cost management of enterprises.First,by reading the history of cost management at home and abroad,and the main literature on cost control,this article clarifies the significance and purpose of cost management research,and formulates the main research content,research methods and technical routes of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the relevant theory of target cost management,taking the Zhanghu Lake tourism construction project as the research object,the project overview and the scope of contracting are expounded.List the problems in the cost management work of the Hanzhang Lake project,analyze the deep-seated causes that caused the problems,and what causes the problems such as the above in the project cost management process,in order to propose effective cost control improvements method.Thirdly,on the basis of determining the target cost,build a cost control system for the construction project of Hanzhang Lake,and adopt the cost control method of cost plan to apply the cost plan to the cost management of the construction project of Hanzhang Lake to help the project better Cost-effectively.Finally,during the implementation process of the Hanzhang Lake project,we adjusted the construction plan according to the actual situation on site,through the management and control of the construction period,quality and cost of manpower and machinery during the implementation process,combined with the construction of the project cost control system,the use of economic analysis reports,Analyze the laborservices,materials,and machinery of the project to lay the foundation for coanalysis and control,in order to facilitate the realization of cost control goals.Based on the research results of the Zhanghu Lake tourism project,the application effect and development trend of the construction project's target cost management are summarized.
