| The relationship between project cost and progress is very close.The cost expenditure and the amount of funds consumed are directly related to the speed,advance or lag of progress.The progress and cost are a contradictory combination.The relationship between them is opposed and unified.Finding the best balance between the two is one of the key points for construction enterprises to create economic benefits.In the course of construction of subway construction projects,due to the slow development of special work in the early stages,the construction period of civil construction projects is compressed.Therefore,for construction enterprises,how to plan and determine the construction schedule and analyze the factors affecting the construction cost.Therefore,the optimal schedule cost is sought,reasonable measures are taken to ensure that the construction period is completed according to the contract,and the project cost is controlled within the expected target cost of the construction company,and the management benefits of the project are maximized.In this paper,the WBS structure is decomposed,the detailed schedule of activity time parameters is established,and the network plan map is drawn by Microsoft Office Visio 2007.On the basis of this,a schedule of civil construction projects for the X-section of the Beijing Metro was initially compiled,and the horizontal road diagram of the progress plan was drawn to show the overall process and progress of the project.Secondly,the individual cost of the inter-zone civil construction project is estimated,and the cost of each individual item is calculated by tabular form.A task table for the overall cost plan for the project department was prepared,followed by a detailed schedule of individual progress budget costs based on the progress plan.Thirdly,on the basis of the aforementioned work,this paper constructs a time-cost equilibrium linear programming model through the CPM method,analyzes the factors affecting the progress cost of the construction project of the X-section of the subway,and adopts the methods of engineering changes and optimization of the construction plan.Achieve the purpose of optimizing the construction cost of this project.Finally,according to the actual construction situation of the project and the construction site environment,a series of measures are formulated to ensure the results of construction cost optimization. |
