| The city is the settlement of human life and the carrier of social life and economic development.All economic,political,and cultural developments in the city that are related to the progress of human society need to act on the premise of urban land use.Human social progress and urban construction depend on land.The rational use and efficient development of urban land have a positive impact on the first two.In recent years,China’s urbanization process has been advancing rapidly,and the economically oriented land use methods have led to urban diseases such as blind expansion,extensive use,waste of space,and ecological disorder.Therefore,the promotion of land use value in the rapid development of cities has become a hot issue in urban planning disciplines.By referring to the management performance "performance evaluation" research method,in the field of urban design,land use performance has become an important means of evaluating land use effect and construction degree.This article takes China Ceramic Valley as the research object,combs the connotation and evaluation system of land use performance at home and abroad,and proposes a two-level and multi-level urban land use evaluation system with macro and micro perspectives.Design optimization research,adjust reasonable land allocation,and improve the quality of urban development.The main content of this article includes three aspects.First,based on the definition of the concept of performance evaluation,a two-level land use performance framework under macro and micro perspectives is proposed,and research goals are proposed respectively.On the macro side,land use performance includes economic,ecological and social performance;on the micro level,it includes Land use intensity,land use efficiency,land use location;second,select indicators to carry out land use performance evaluation,in terms of macro,through 10 years of macro data changes in the ceramic valley to discover the law of urban development,use coordination model to analyze economic and social 1.The impact of the three ecological factors on urban development and provide a reference for the future development direction of the city;on the micro level,based on the current status of urban development,from three aspects of development intensity,benefit,and location,the residential land in the city,Evaluation and analysis of commercial land and industrial land,using Arc GIS to grade the performance status of land use in the city,provide a good foundation for the optimization design of the city;third,put forward the urban development strategy based on the macro research goals,and propose appropriate based on the micro research goals Design pattern,Of urban design.At last,this paper makes a complete set of strategy system for the future urban development of China Ceramic Valley. |
