Abstract/Summary:
BIM technology is in a stage of rapid development in China,but there are still many problems in the application of construction industry,which need to be further resolved.In order to expand the application scope of BIM technology,this article takes a residential project as a case,and takes the actual problems encountered by Zhongtian Construction Group Co.,Ltd.in residential projects as a guide,in-depth study of the use of BIM technology for fine modeling and model interface conversion.The conversion problem of the stage model to achieve the goal of improving the quality,duration and quantity.Firstly,this article analyzes the application background of BIM technology and the development status of BIM technology at home and abroad,leads to the research topic of this article,and systematically expounds the research methods and contents of this article.Research on the standard process of applications,including the formulation of refined model standards,the formulation of model colors,the naming of archive files,the formulation of storage standards,and the development of naming standards for various components.Next,the BIM model method is studied,and the defects of Revit software in modeling are summarized.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the scope of application of each software,this article proposes to combine Revit and Tekla to analyze and study the construction method of residential model.Next,the three domestic BIM model conversion methods based on the Revit platform are compared and analyzed.For the problem of component material information loss caused by the traditional IFC format import,the component type attribute changes,and the rotation of different angles after the component is imported,Due to the influence of computer hardware,the entire model cannot be imported,but can only be imported by floor.Finally,the API secondary development method is proposed to study the model conversion problem.Focus on the in-depth study of the two family types in Revit,analyze and solve the problem of the introduction of polygonal floors and holes in the floors,including the effects of single holes,multiple holes,and different opening methods on model imports,and the development of geometric figures The method of data import avoids the import from the analysis model.It solves the import of multi-layer shaped columns and how to achieve the correct import of components after any angle of rotation and the accurate import of component positions.From this,a preliminary standard section family library has been formed.In order to develop the application standard of the interface,the interface of the standard component beam,column,wall and floor slab was successfully developed.Finally,this article combines three practical cases to verify the feasibility of the model conversion interface.The converted model avoids the unpredictable errors in the IFC format,the component attribute information is accurate,the component position remains consistent,and the model can be imported accurately and controllably.
