At present,with a single coating as exterior wall decoration materials,has been unable to meet people's increasingly elevated aesthetic,a variety of new building materials are gradually applied in architectural decoration,including stone,glass curtain wall,brick,aluminum plastic board,etc.However,in the practical application of these materials often face a variety of problems,such as poor stain resistance,complex construction technology,expensive,and so on,greatly restricted the use of these decorative materials.Therefore,as a new kind of exterior wall decoration material,the exterior wall lacquer is welcomed by people because of its unique advantages.The adornment effect of real stone lacquer resembles marble,granite,hold the characteristic such as fire prevention,waterproof,acid and alkali resistance,pollution resistance,environmental protection,sticky relay strong,have been used extensively in our country.However,due to the special climatic conditions in China's severe cold regions,the durability of exterior wall coatings under the action of a variety of complex climatic factors is facing great challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the influence of climatic factors on the long-term service behavior and deterioration mechanism of the exterior wall lacquer.In cold region climate factors as the main line,this paper analysis the freeze-thaw cycle,the erosion of acid rain,salt erosion,aging and other climatic conditions of different emulsion types of the influence law of the durability of building external wall really stone lacquer,through methods such as infrared spectroscopy,contact Angle,sem characterization under the effect of climate factors building facades really stone lacquer emulsion coating and research the degradation mechanism of durability.The experimental results show that: for the three kinds of emulsion real stone lacquer used in this paper,the durability of silicone real stone lacquer is the best,followed by the pure real stone lacquer,the durability of benzene real stone lacquer is the worst;The influence degree of various climatic conditions on the durability of exterior wall of buildings in severe cold region is from high to low,including freezing-thawing cycle,calcium chloride erosion,acid rain erosion,sodium chloride erosion,artificial climate aging,moisture and heat aging,and the effect of water.Under the influence of a variety of climatic factors in severe cold areas,the deterioration of durability is mainly due to the damage caused by various climatic factors to the emulsion coating film of building exterior wall genuine stone lacquer,which reduces the adhesion between sand and gravel,genuine stone lacquer and the base material,thus reducing the durability of genuine stone lacquer.Among them,the damage of freezing-thawing cycle to the durability of real stone lacquer includes several physical factors such as water swelling and frost heaving;The influence of acid rain erosion,calcium chloride erosion and sodium chloride erosion on the durability of lacquer is mainly chemical corrosion and physical action of water to reduce the durability;The influence of wet-heat aging andartificial climate aging on the durability of real stone lacquer is mainly chemical action,and the durability of real stone lacquer can be divided into two stages: first,the film under the thermal action of further crosslinking,at this point the tensile bond strength of real stone lacquer increased;The second stage is that under the aging effect,the chemical bond of the film-forming material of real stone is broken and degraded,and its durability is seriously reduced.The fracture and degradation of the learning bond lead to the loss of protection and adhesion of the lacquer,and its durability is seriously reduced.
